Walking into your dorm, you flop down on l
the bed. You played with the ring that was on your hand. You got to cleaning and adjusting.

-- a few months before you go back home --

You sat packing up, proud of all your projects. You got your degree in fine arts and business. You got your glass projects already sent to the house, and you were gonna go home in a few weeks. You made so many friends and experiences. You held the ring in your hands, putting on the choker and earrings. And the ring with the choker. You we're going to a goodbye party for those few students like you, who are going home soon.

"Y/n! Here wear this! Its in right now and I know you don't have a boyfriend!" You friend Aubrey said, her strawberry curls bouncing as she handed you a very victorian styled dress. "Haha I have a man thank you." You smirked. "Back home if you were wondering." You chuckled. "Ooohhhh did he get you those?" She asked looking at the jewelry. "The ring yea, and since I lived with his family for a while. His dad got me the chocker, his brother got the earrings and the man himself got me the ring." You said pointing at all of them. She fangirled. "thats not how you wear a ring ya know!" She yelled.

"I don't wanna lose It. plus.... Its closer to my heart." You smiled with a pink face. "Awwwhhhh." Aubrey smiled. "Hurry up though.." she handed you the dress.

You got changed and went to the party. You actually wanted to go home earlier than a few weeks, so you actually went ahead and scheduled to leave in a few days. You put on your masquerade mask, and walk around. you sat on the side lines seeing Aubrey dance with everyman here. You weren't much of a party person, unless you weren't dressed up. You were about to leave when someone grabbed your shoulder, yanking you back. You turned around seeing their face. Black hair, green eyed. He pinned you to the wall. Booze in his breath. You gaged. You shoved him off, elbowing right between the shoulder and neck. Making him black out. You ran out and home. Packing everything. You left a note to Aubrey. She was only a 1st year, sad to leave her alone. But shell adjust like you did. You left, heading to the docks on foot. Getting there within a hour or so, still in that dress. "Ticket." The man said, it was late. "Im scheduled for 3 days from now... But I'll pay extra to leave now." You handed him your ticket and he took it letting you on. 'Home...' And with that you fell asleep.

You took a carriage up to the mansion. It was all dark out. Late in the night. Your eyes shocked you. It was all burnt. Down to the ground... What happened. "do you know where the joestars are?" you asked the man upfront. "Yes I'll tske you there but pay up first." He said greedily. You handed him a stack. "Yes ma'am!" He rode off.

There in front of you, a man with long blonde hair. "Is jojo there?" You asked, he nodded letting you in. A girl and him were talking, you coughed. "Y/n!?" He tried sitting up. "Stay down, your hurt. Wheres dio. And what hapend?" You asked, "hey Erina." You waved. She smiled.

"Dios a vampire. He was evil. And I'm sorry to be the one to tell you... But hes dead.." Jojo spoke softly. His words repeating.

You sat in front of the mansion. The burned, and charred one. It was late and cold. You finally let loose. You felt tears come down and splash on the dirt. Even pops was dead... You cried. Alot. After a while you just sat praying it'd be a dream. You herd footsteps.

"Y/n?" That voice. That fucking voice. "Dio?" You dare not turn around. You thought its just you wanting him to say your name. But you turned. A midget man who was terrifyingly pale held a jar. There he was. Dio. His head at least.

"He was right.." You spoke looking back at the house. You sighed. "Well its nice to see your back." He smirked. "You can come live with me, my queen." he said with a smooth voice. You thought over it. You began to cry some more. "Lord dio may I kick her to stop?" the goblin asked. "Nono. This woman.. She and I grew up together. Even lovers. Right y/n." He spoke actually serious. You stood up straight and tall. He noticed the ring around your neck. "You kept it?" He asked, you smiled softly. "I know thats not how you wear a ring but, i kept it close to my heart like you. But I dont know if I should." You spoke coldly. Your breath visible from the cold. Dio was shocked by your response. He was most definitely not loyal to you once you left. Not like you had to him. You knew you were coming home, he knew that. He knew you loved him. But he went off and did things he shouldn't. He didn't feel guilty. But now he did seeing you in person like this. You inhaled and dusted yourself off.

"I'll think about it dio. I still love you, but trust is broken. Next time we see I'll give you an answer." you spoke looking right at him. he looked down at the midget thing. You were walking away when you felt a bite on your neck. "GET OFF!" you grabbed the back of the goblin and tossed him. "I know you wont see me for years... Till your old. That'll keep your youth. Enjoy it y/n." Dio spoke. you glared at him. "be glad i love you. Now I'm leaving." You said full of salt. Dios only rarely herd you speak in such tone. You walked away wiping the blood.
