The Date

"ARE YOU THE LITTLE FVCKER WHO POSTED THAT PICTURE???" The pink-haired teen was breathing fire at the newcomer.

"I might be, however you have no evidence." The white-haired man smirked.

"YOU WANNA GO?"

"Nah, I'm here to speak with Gray, anyways." The man grinned.

"What d'ya want, Lyon?"

"What happened to that lovely girl who kept following you around?"

"Why do you wanna know?"

"I was just wondering if you'd be so kind as to lend her to me."

"No." All heads turned to Gray. Even Natsu who had been barely able to control his anger stopped to look at him.

"If that's the case, I guess I'll just have to post the rest of these." Lyon held out his phone and scrolled through pages of pictures from the party.

"You wouldn't."

"But I would." He smirked, now the lovely Juvia would be his.

"Um...excuse me," The boys turned to the new voice. "Juvia was told to meet someone here, but she doesn't know who." The poor girl was confused, who was this strange man with her Gray-sama?

"That would be me, my dear," Lyon flipped his hair in an attempt to appear flirtatious.

"Did you need something from Juvia?"

"Well, I was just speaking with Gray here about borrowing you-"

"I said NO." Gray put himself between them. He was slowly hating the girl less, which meant he didn't want her with this lowly snob.

"Hmm, what should I post these on? Facebook? An anonymous email?" Juvia immediately realized what was going on. If she didn't go with Lyon, all her work for helping Gray-sama would go to waste.

"Juvia would like to know what exactly Lyon-san wants." The white-haired man grinned at Gray in victory.

"Juvi-" Gray started.

"All I want is a simple date."

"That is all?"

"Of course, my darling."

"Juvia, you don't have to." Gray tried to change her mind about whatever she had planned.

"It's okay, Juvia doesn't want to have given up her career for nothing." Shit! Juvia covered her mouth, Gray-sama wasn't supposed to know!

"Wait-" Gray looked at her in shock, his suspicions were confirmed.

"I will pick you up at the school gates so that we may walk to the nearby cafe." Lyon interrupted.

"Okay... Have a nice day everyone!" Juvia took off before Gray could interrogate her.

"Dayum, dude, you just lost your girl." Natsu, who had kept quiet the whole time had finally received a chance to speak.

"She's not my girl." Gray wasn't as convincing as usual, which bothered him.

"If you say so!"

Time skip to end of school.

The blue-haired girl patiently waited outside the school gates. It's not like Juvia signed up for anything, maybe she will like Lyon-san.

"There you are!" As if on cue, the man walked over and took her by the arm. "Shall we go?" Juvia nodded. The two of them walked to a cafe called 'Lamia Scale', and sat outside.

"Anything in particular that you would like?" Lyon questioned his date.

"Hot chocolate, please." The man nodded and went inside to order. Juvia was fidgety, she did not like this man, he was too formal. Lyon came back, with two drinks in hand and started a conversation.

"So, you enjoy swimming?"

"Yes, Juvia loves to swim, it makes her happy."

"Oh, I see. Well, I was the best hockey player in middle school...won every tournament..." Juvia sighed, she liked this man even less. She began to fidget even more.

"Are you quite alright?"

"Juvia is fine, please continue." She had to go through with this date, or else Gray-sama would be in trouble. Suddenly, she realized Lyon was looking at her expectantly.

"Juvia is sorry, could you repeat that?"

"Are enjoying this? Please tell me the truth."

"Uh..." What should she say? This could end Gray's career, and also deem her help useless. Little did she know that Gray was sitting nearby and listening to the whole conversation.
