I was tethered back to the UAC. But upon so, I found myself stuck in the air. I tried to move my body, but nothing moved when I wanted it to.

I look up and saw the prick himself, Samuel Hayden, walking up to me.

"You've won - it's over. You stopped the invasion and closed the portal." He says as he stops in front of me. "But it's come at a price - Argent, VEGA." He said the last two as he looks around the place, trying to prove a point I guess. "This entire operation." He leans over me as he continues.

"You see, I've watched you work - come to understand your motivation." He began to pace in front of me. "You think the only way is to kill them all - leave nothing behind - and you may be right." He finishes as he steps in front of me again. "But we can't just shut it all down. Without Argent Energy it will be worse. I don't expect you to agree." He says as he looks down at his feet and shook his head. He suddenly puts his hand out and the Crucible I took suddenly floats to his hand.
