Third Person's POV:

The past few months of Izuku recovering was long and hard, but they pulled through.

But with that, came a new problem.

The Yamada-Aizawa family had decided to adopt Izuku, partly because they wanted to and partly because Aizawa and Hizashi felt they owed it to Inko.

They hadn't thought of how hard this was gonna be. With all the drama going on, it had slipped their minds.

It was not until a week after he moved in with them, did they figure this out.

Shouta had just gotten home from his night patrol. Not suprised to find Hitoshi, his son they had adopted a few years back, sitting on the couch with a cup of coffee.

Shouta greeted his son, then proceeded to make himself a cup of coffee and sat (more like fell) down next to him on the couch.

They started talking softly, as to not wake up Izuku.

After talking for about half an hour, they heard a scream come from Izuku's room.

Shouta jumped up, scarf ready and ran  into his room. He looked around for any threat finding nothing.

Instead, he found his son, in the far corner of the room, hugging his knees to his chest and rocking himself back and forth.

When Shouta walked towards the scared boy, he looked up at Shouta with wide eyes, fear obvious in them.

As if possible, the boy had tried to make himself smalller and scoot further back into the wall, away from Shouta.

Aizawa will never admit it, but that had hurt him.

Slowly, he took small steps towards the scared boy, hands outstreched in a way to show he is not a threat.

When he was infront of the boy, he bend down on his knees and slowly and carefully pulled the boy into a hug, not wanting to scare him.

He softly whispered comforting words in the boys ears, calming him down.

Shouta felt his shoulder get damp, but didn't care. He let the boy cry, rubbing his back to sooth him.

After about an hour of calming him down, Shouta talked to the boy.

Izuku had had a nightmare of when he was still with the L.O.V.

Aizawa had promised the boy that he is safe now, and that he would never return to that place.

Picking Izuku up, Shouta lied him down on his bed, and stayed with him the whole night.

He had fallen asleep sitting on the floor with his head resting on Izuku's bed.

And this was how it was everytime the boy had nightmares.

It had taken a while, but slowly Izuku had become more relaxed around them.

It was going good, for now.

Hey readers!
So, I know that this chapter is suuuppeerrr late compared to my other books, but I have a reason.

I didn't know what to write for this chapter, and even now I hate how it is. But what can I do.

I'll try to make the next chapter better, I promise!

You are welcome to comment!

I hope you are safe and healthy at home!

Have an amazing day/night!
