Look Down Upon

Ever since I started writing I notice that other writers who love to write angst, drama, or dark stories have gotten half popular and half hated which means that some people love dark themed stories and most people don't. Kinda like saying some people like reading romance but most people don't because they think romance is cringy.

What I'm trying to say is that most people believe that writers who love to write dark stories are still considered frown upon in modern society. And I don't know why though I mean if you don't like these types of stories then don't read it at all. Which is why most people lost interest in writing because of these negative reaction or comments.

And now most people believe that mostly every story genre (i.e. romance, horror, drama and paranormal) are considered as cringy, funny, or boring.

I'm sorry for ranting but I feel like most people have lost sight on how books can be enjoyable and fun to read especially when you're in self-isolation too.

Back to this: take my advice be careful on how you say on the comments because writers will lose motivation to write if you say something that will have a negative effect on their life.
