Shoto and Izuku have been dating for around 5 years now -since they started UA.-
And Shoto really wants to pop the question and so he asked Izuku's best friend for advice
*Ding Dong* the door bell rang as Shotk waited patiently outside Uraraka's or now known as Uravity's house
"Oh hey Todoroki!" Uraraka said happily once she opened the door
"Is Izuku with you?" She looked around for the green haired boy
"No it's just me this time I have something important to ask you"
Uraraka looked somewhat disappointed but quickly went back to her happy self and led in the half and half hero

"Soo~ what'd you wanna ask me?" Uraraka asked slightly annoyed but Shoto payed no mind to the tone
"I wan to propose" Uraraka sat up in shock
She took a deep breath and smiled "Are you sure? I mean I think it's a little too soon"
"It's been 5 years, I know people who got married in 2" he said harshly
Uraraka sighed not having a comeback
"Okay fine your right but how are you gunna do it?"

After an hour or two Shoto left feeling quite doubtful about his original plan
Maybe Ochaco was right, maybe I shouldn't go along with this
those were the thoughts that filled Shoto's head
No I can do this! The male looked around as he walked back home to his Boyfriend and he seen something that gave him the perfect idea

"I'm back" Shoto called out to no one in particular sense his lover was probably asleep
And just as he thought he seen the smaller male sleeping in there shared bed
The half and half maled cooed at the cute little thing lying in bed but he stoped himself as he want into his drawer to find the ring...
"Were is it!?" Shoto whispered to himself panicked he looked all around until he found a small folded piece of paper that read

I found the ring in the drawer and My answer is yes, sorry I just took it but I couldn't wait!

Shoto smiled at the handwritten note chuckling at the 'The drawer really?' Part.
He took a deep breath relieved that Izuku said yes
-even though he never officially asked-
He was happy nonetheless
As he went to bed he indeed did see the ring on his now fiancee's hand.

"Woah your proposed! That's super manly Todobroki" Kirishima went for a fist bump that Shoto reluctantly returned.

Agh I am so so so sorry if this isn't exactly what you wanted I know you probably wanted the wedding itself
But I've been a little behind on some things and didn't want to delay! I will probably make a part two for the actual wedding!
