I was so caught up in thinking this that I didn't hear them yell my name.

A sphere of darkness hurled towards me.

But it wasn't completely dark.

Just barely, I saw a flicker of light.

I could've sworn I saw blonde hair, brown eyes, and a pure smile.

I didn't dodge. I didn't avoid. I didn't move.

All I wanted was to be with you.
