It's probably equal. It's rare that they fight, and they never start them on purpose, but sometimes one will get angry over the other putting themselves into more danger than they had to, and it'll lead to an argument.

Aizawa. He isn't trying to be mean, but sometimes his blunt and 0 fucks attitude can make for a disagreement every now and again.

Momo. They fight mostly over household things, and Momo usually likes things neat and tidy, while Shoto's okay with throwing his belongings on the ground and calling it a day.

Kaminari's more likely to do something dumb and piss Jiro off, but Jiro's more likely to start and argument about it.
KiriMina
They don't fight all that often, but arguments may spawn from petty things, like spending too much money on clothes, who's turn it is for the remote, etc.

Iida. He'd probably be lecturing Mei over spending too much time in the lab and not getting rest, or her being untidy, which could lead to little arguments.
