After returning to the spirit world, Loke used his magic to forcefully open up a gate to Earthland and pass through it, just like he would when he opened up his own gate. In yet another bright light, Loke appeared in front of the guild, not wanting to cause a commotion inside. After all, he wanted to do this as fast and quietly as possible, he didn't want to talk to any of the guild members. Just the thought of them made the good mood he had when Lucy called him again go away.

They hurt his master over and over and over again, for that he would always hate them.

Slowly opening the doors, he slipped in unnoticed—due to most of the members either being blackout drunk or too busy partying. I bet they didn't even notice that princess was missing. His mood turned even sourer at the sight of them happily partying. He looked around for Mavis, scanning all over the guild, only to see her sitting on a chair away from everyone partying.

Found her.

"You're Fairy Tails's first master right?" He asked, appearing next to her in a few long strides. Even though he hated Fairy Tail, Loke was still apart of it; that fact also being the only reason he was able to see the 'deceased' guild master. "You're one of Lucy's spirits, aren't you." She didn't look away from the partying guild while talking, almost like she was expecting him to show up.

"Yes, I am," he nodded slightly, "thank you for sending her away from here, I—as well as the rest of her spirits—are all forever thankful for it. For the first time in years, we saw her genuinely smile." He bowed to her, "thank you."

Mavis, finally looking at him, sadly smiled. "You shouldn't thank me for this, it was the guild that I created that did this to her, it was only right that I try to fix their mistakes." She said. "I don't understand why they would do that in the first place, I had thought that they were better than that . . . but, to do that to their own comrade—their family, I can never forgive. I just hope that Lucy will be able to live a new life where she can be happy, even if it's not here."

Loke, once again, overflowed with gratitude for the small girl. "Again, we all thank you, from the bottoms of all of our hearts." He once agin deeply bowed.

"You came here for something didn't you?" They watched as Natsu and gray got into a fight, adding other people in it—and eventually Erza, until it became an all-our brawl between the guild. "Actually, princess wanted to know who sent her there to properly thank them, and when she found out you did, she wrote a letter to you and asked me to pass it along." He took a sealed paper envelope out of inside his jacket and held it out to Mavis. "So would you please take it and read it?"

Mavis smiled warmly at him, "of course," before taking from his hands and removing the seal.

"Thank you. However my time here is running out, as I am not in the same world as my master, so I shall be taking my leave now, farewell First Master." Loke left the guild once again and disappearing in a bright golden light.

After watching Loke leave, Mavis opened up the letter and unfolded it before reading it.
