Chapter 31: Texting My Boss

LISA's POV

I think I've fallen in love with South Korea now. I have friends here although it's a bit hard to believe, many of them are very famous but at the same time, are down-to-earth kind of individuals. I love hanging out with them and laugh with them, I don't want to lose any of that. Meanwhile, my time here is only months left since I only agreed to be a manager for a year.

Sad feelings aside, I should make use of my time!

*Text Message*
Me:
Ms. Kim, are you here?

Ms. Kim:
No, I'm not here. I'm not replying you if you keep calling me Ms. Kim. =.=

Me:
but you're replying me now hehe ^^! Well, Jen, my queen, are you here?

Ms.Kim:
Jen is fine, I'm not anyone's queen. -.- anyway, what's up?

Me:
Okay Jen ~ I see you have a free schedule this weekend, if you're not having any plans, wanna hangout?

(After a few moments...)

Ms. Kim:
Yep, I'm free, any place in mind?

Me:
Can I hangout in your heart? :>

Ms. Kim:
Yah, I'm not replying you anymore =.=!

Me:
Just kidding ~ or am I?
Joke aside, since I'm still quite new to things and places here... could you go explore the city with me?

Ms. Kim:
Are you trying to sneakily ask me to be your free guide? Geez where is my robotic and innocent Manager?

Me:
:( I'll ask Jisoo Unnie or others then, since you're not going to explore the city with me...
[sending GIF of "okay bye" from young Anna in frozen]

Ms. Kim:
I didn't say, ... alright fine, go with Jisoo Unnie or whoever you want!

A few moments later,

*knock, knock*
"Who's there?" The voice asked from inside the room.

"It's me." There's a brief silence on the other end.

"Please open the door..." the knocker repeated in a sadder and pitiful tone.

*door opened*

"Why are you here?" The room owner said it out in a slightly mad tone.

"I want you to guide me around the city. ^^" I tried to say it in the cutest way possible.

"Did Jisoo Unnie and others reject you?" She replied in a cold tone. Wow, she really is the famous and one and only icy queen.

"I didn't ask any of them." I said firmly.

"Why? Cuz you know they'll reject you?" She said in a smirk.

"No, because I only want to see those beautiful places with you." I said it out honestly, and I found her smirk went down into a smile while her face turning down a bit trying to hide her tint of red cheeks.

"Are you sure? I might not be a good guide though." She asked after seconds.

"I don't really care whether you're a good guide or not, but I'm sure that anywhere with you could be fun, and I could be happy."

"Urghhh, you and your sweet mouth." She said while soft punching my chest.

"So, you agreed? We go and hangout this weekend?" I asked in an excited way.

"Yes, Ms. Manoban." She said jokingly.

"Yah!"
