Chapter 34: What's The Secret?

LISA's POV

"Lisa-yah, I guess your question a moment ago is can you be my best friend?" Geez, why does this question kept repeating in my head!!!!? I think it's gonna explode anytime soon.

"The answer is yes. You know you get my yes in anything. ~ " and that's what she said...
Of all the 'yes' I wished she could say to, she said it to the one that cut me deep to my bone.

I'd been lying in bed all day since a car had come to pick up Jennie since morning, and I was told not to go. I'm glad it was that way because I still didn't know how to face her.

Gosh I need a drink!

As I went down the stairs, I heard footsteps entered the mansion suggesting that the queen is back.

"Lisa, Lisa! I've got great news!!!! I'm so happy!" She said jumping up and down. It made me happy too when she's this cheerful.

"I need you to sit down to take in this news because I was so shocked I couldn't stand firmly when I heard it." She spoke with sparkling eyes.

"Okay." I sat down on a nearby sofa.

"Now, I'll tell you the biggest news that no one else has known yet." She murmured in a rather low voice.

"Alright, please just tell me, I promise I won't spill the tea." I said.

"I know you won't. Anyway, it's about my dating ban." She finally projected.

I put on my questioning look.

"YG said it'll be lifted once my new single, 'SOLO', album is out." Once she finished her small speech, she smiled with so much content.

"No offense or anything, but may I ask why are you this happy with the lifting?" I inquired curiously.

"Oh, it's a secret for now." She's being mysterious and maybe a bit shy too?

"Wait, when you're this happy with the lifting ban, does that mean you're having someone you like?" I'm shocked.

"I can't tell you anything for now. Just make it fun, and wait until SOLO is out, ok?" She's comforting me.

"Seriously? >.< you're gonna keep me hanging?" I'm even more curious now.

"Yep." And she just went upstairs to her room.

The secret. What would that be? Why do I have a bad feeling about this?

*Phone Ringing*

"... hello."

"Lisa, we need to talk, come to my place now." The person on the other side then ended the call.

"What is it?" I asked sadly.

"Did you tell her?" Rosé asked.

"Not yet." I saw a sigh of relief from her face.

"Are you really really sure of your feeling? I mean you've just met her." Rosé asked for confirmation.
