Chaewon took a deep breath as she stepped through the school gates.

'Another day of my sad life.' she thought 'I really hope nobody has pigtails in.'

'HEY!' a loud voice echoed behind her making Chaewon jump.

'O'my! You scared me!' Chaewon says, slightly hitting the girl who she now realises is Yuri.

'Haha sorry, do you like my hair?'

'Yes! It's so pretty!' Chaewon replied.

'Thanks, although it was a mistake because Yena's hair isn't blonde anymore.'

'Maybe she didn't actually dye it.'

'Pfft. Of course she did she's Yena.' Yuri says looking down.

'Well yours looks very good anyway. Hey, do you think that anyone will have pigtails in?'

Yuri looked up 'I don't know but I really hope not.'

Chaewon nodded and a few seconds of silence passed until some students came round the corner.

Chaewon quickly grabs Yuri and pulls her behind a pillar.

'Wha-' Yuri starts before getting cut off.

'Shh! That was Lee Chaeyeon and Yabuki Nako... with pigtails.'

'Oh no' Yuri whispers.

'We're screwed. I didn't bring a hairbrush and I only brought one hair tie.' Chaewon sighs.

'Oh I have a brush but I've only got two hair ties..' Yuri replies looking at the hair ties on her wrist.

'Maybe the others will have some.'

'Yeah, should I text them?' Yuri says getting her phone from her bag.

'Okay, but not here, lets go to the toilets so nobody sees us.' Chaewon says as they pop their heads round the pillar and make their way carefully inside.

They arrive safely at the toilets.

'Okay okay okay, I will text them now.' Yuri says quietly as Chaewon whispers 'Hurry up' repeatedly.
