Before we begin I would like to say thank you for all the support that has been given to while writing this book. All the conversations, memes, laughs, and tears mean so much to me. You have remained a loyal reader and this community wouldn't be possible without you.
On a more serious note. If you are a survivor of any trauma, I want to say that I am so proud of you. Many of us don't get told that. I commend you for getting up everyday and facing the world head on. Thank you for waking up, taking a shower, eating, walking, talking, going outside, thank you for any small step that was taken. It is so hard just being alive. The fact that you chose to exist, only proves that you are stronger than you think.
I say all this to say that this book discusses trauma (rape, molestation, death, suicide, etc) so please, read with caution. If you see a trigger or red flag while reading please stop and exit the book. There are plenty of amazing books and novels that will spark your interest and soothe your spirit.
