"What could go wrong?" You asked reading the ingredients to make cookies
"Alot actually, it can burn, dry up, spill, it may not be fully done, it may taste horrib-" lucifer stopped when you put a finger up to his face
"Shhh! You're ruining it!" You shouted moving your hand away as you focused on the ingredients again as he sighed
"Better trying then not at all" lucifer spoke when you started mixing the ingredients to make batter as he slid a cupcake pan towards you
"Thanks lucifer, really appreciate it" you said as he looked away silently as you poured the batter into the pan and placed it inside the oven to bake
"Now we wait" you said beating the batter from your hands
"There's a sink.." Lucifer spoke softly motioning towards the sink
"Eh, I can change" you replied earning a nod from him
"Why are you so caught up in being the best at everything just for diavolo?" You asked when he looked away
"I've always been like that, I'm always being formal with everything, I want people to depend on me, if not for everything even for a batch of cookies that diavolo loves and that I am horrible at making" lucifer said
"No one can be perfect at everything" you said softly causing him to sigh again
"I know" he replied
"If you ever need anyone to talk to, I'm always here if you need me" you said as you reached out your hand and touched his
"Thanks although I usually keep eveything to myself, knowing I have brothers who can't keep a secret" lucifer said shaking his head in dismay causing you to laugh a little
"That's pretty true to be honest" you said laughing
"No one knows my brothers more than I do" Lucifer said when you nodded
"Also true" you nodded as you whipped up the frosting
"So...any plans for today?" You asked hoping to make a conversation
"I'm always busy, I never have time to make plans" Lucifer spoke
"Right.." You replied softly
"Out of all your brothers who could you manage the most with?" You asked
"Probrably between Satan or Asmodeus, Satan is always reading or messing with animals while Asmodeus is trying out products or hanging out with friends" Lucifer said
"Ahh they seem more mature than the others" you replied
"They are, although they have their cons" Lucifer said making you laugh again
"You should be a comedian" you laughed putting frosting on his nose on purpose
"Comedians make me have depression" Lucifer said making you go silent
"Oh" you replied not knowing what to say
"I'm just joking" Lucifer spoke up now putting frosting on your cheek
"LUCIFER!!" you shouted laughing grabbing his wrist as you backed up to the counter when mammon came running in making you and Lucifer pause
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! I'M TRYING TO KEEP HER ALIVE AND NOT TURN HER INTO A CAKE WHICH BEEL WOULD FIND ATTRACTIVE AND EAT THANK YOU VERY MUCH" mammon shouted
"Mammon it's alright we are just messing around" you spoke up
