"You do?" Lucifer asked kinda surprised

"Yeah..I wish me and lilly swapped guardians..." You spoke up

"Look, (y/n).. Even though i am told to be lilly's guardian, I still won't treat you any differently" lucifer said rubbing your cheeks giving you the chills

"You won't?" You asked looking at him

"I promise" Lucifer replied as he hugged you sideways

"You're the best" you said softly hugging him back

"Just stay quite" lucifer said softly closing his eyes

Is that promise really gonna come through?

"So why did you want to come out here?" Lucifer finally asked

"I couldn't sleep so I decided to go walking" you answered

"You know that you can't just go out around here on your own, it's dangerous considering the fact that you are surrounded by demons who still don't fully like the fact that humans and angels are here" Lucifer started lecturing making you groan as he got the hint and shutted up

"Lucifer, I know but I don't care" you replied getting a glare from
Lucifer

"What am I gonna do with you?" Lucifer sighed pinching the bridge of his nose

"You can do alot" you replied hugging onto him even more

"C-mon let's head back, it's late and dangerous" Lucifer said helping you up and started heading back to the house of lamentation

"Oh luci! You're back!" Lilly shouted running up to you and Lucifer as you both walked in the entrance hall

"Luci?" You asked

"Oh you like it? I gave him the nickname Luci, it's cute just like him!" Lilly exclaimed hugging lucifer

"You gave him the nickname?" You asked when your voice cracked a little as Lucifer looked at you

"Lilly, I'm sorry to say this but
(y/n) unfortunately made up that nickname first" Lucifer spoke as he briskly yet gently held your hand behind his back without lilly noticing

"Oh you did?" Lilly asked looking at you

"Yeah.." You said softly gripping Lucifer's hand

"How about luce?" Lilly asked making Lucifer sigh

"That's also taken by my brothers, although they hardly ever say it" lucifer replied

"That's fine, I will" lilly said

"Hey you three!" Satan shouted waving at us as he walked in the entrance hall

"Hey satan" you waved back

"Lucifer, the boys are all going out tonight for fun and games, a brothers night out, and wanted to know if you wanted to join us" satan said towards Lucifer

"I'll have to go considering every time you all go out, I have to fix someone's mess" Lucifer sighed

"Okay great, we are leaving in about a hour" Satan said as he walked away leaving the entrance hall

"Well, I have to go, I hope I can trust you two over the place while we are gone" Lucifer said towards you and lilly

"You can always trust me luci" you replied

"And me!" Lilly exclaimed earning a nod from Lucifer

"Good, we'll be back by Three AM if not sooner" Lucifer said as he walked off leaving you and lilly alone

"Goodbye girls!" Asmo waved happily walking out of the building

"See ya!" Mammon winked

"Don't eat up everything in the fridge before I come back" Beel said

"Eh" levi uttered playing on his D.D.D while he walked out

"I'm tired" belphie yawned as he was carrying a pillow with him

"Don't burn down the place" satan said carrying a book under his arm as he waved and left

"You two better not disappoint me" lucifer said before closing the door leaving you and lilly alone

"So what do you want to do?" Lilly asked as you ignored her and went off to your room

"What is it lilly?"

"I'm bored can we do something?"

"No"

"I need advice"

"Find it somewhere else"

After a hour lilly finally gave up as you recieved a text from your D.D.D and saw it was from Lucifer

Lucifer- hey (y/n) may I ask a favor from you?

You- anything and anytime what's up?

Lucifer- Apparently we won't be back anytime near 3 and I have an assignment I have to turn in to Diavolo, I finished two thirds of it, would you mind finishing it? I promise i'll make it worthwhile

You- sure, what is it about?"

Lucifer- how all the exchange students feel about their stay here, I already did everyone except you and lilly

You- oh okay, that'll be easy

Lucifer- thank you

You left your room and headed straight for Lucifer's

As you went in you saw the pile of work on his desk that he hasn't done yet making you feel a bit tense

"Maybe if I help out a bit, he wouldn't be so stressed out.." You said aloud to yourself as you started one by one working on the assignments he has to do including the one that he specifically asked you to do.
