This not you typical good protagonist story. It's a story about a girl that is not exactly good or bad, depend on the situation, she will do bad or good things. The story is about a girl that has been obsessed with an older man so it will include a big age gap and immoral acts.

Lost her father at age of thirteen, Adalyn couldn't wish for anything other than to lives her life just like any other kids her age. But, things just keep get into her way and it leaves her to fight for her own even though the way she used may be seen as manipulative and cunning. And now, as a beautiful and charming girl at age of 19, she seems like she can get anyone she wants but the one she wants is happily married with a daughter
Somehow things were falling apart with his family and as a girl that will never miss such opportunities in her life, she decided to get close to him and have him begging for her on his knees. On the other hand, one of her professor which is a popular and successful bachelor that could get anyone he want on their feet for him seem to be intrigued that Adalyn is not interested with him.
