"..." Shindou frowns as he changes into the Raimon soccer club uniform, thinking.

Indeed, our strategist is always thinking, but this time his frown is way deeper than it usually is, which makes his friend Kirino worried. "Shindou," He says, shaking the gray-haired boy gently.

"Y-yeah?" Stammers the boy who gets called, looking up abruptly.

"Is something wrong?" The defender asks directly. "You've been looking as though something's troubling you for a while now, ever since we found out that Tenma's deaf." He narrows his eyes as he goes on. "And it worsens with Kirigaya and Shishio's arrival to Inazuma Town."

"...You're not wrong." His friend admits after a brief moment of silence. "It's just that...I've been having a feeling lately, that something big is occurring very soon." He closes his eyes before adding, "And that feeling tells me it's something pretty bad."

Kirino widens his eyes but quickly shakes his head and chuckles. "I think you're just over-reacting." He places a hand on the gray-haired boy's shoulder. "Or are you staying up overnight again? I know we have tests coming, but don't forget to rest properly. Remember that we still have to save soccer and Coach Endou." He looks at the door of the changeroom. "Now, should we go and practice with others? We're nearly there...just have to find the tenth and eleventh power holder now."

"Am I...?" Shindou sighs and gives the pink-haired defender a faint smile. "You're right. Sorry for making you worried. I'll worry about it...later." He nods as though to confirm his thoughts, then gets up and locks his locker, leaving the changeroom. "And I'll have to ask Tenma, Kirigaya and Shishio about something," the strategist adds under his breath, walking past Tsurugi, who is stretching.

Their ace striker blinks in brief surprise and suspicion when he hears what the older has said. I wonder if we're thinking about the same thing, he thinks, walking to the inside field. Ever since that damned soccer ban, we're not allowed to practice outside...luckily Gouenji-san delays the demolition and the take-down of this gym. He gives the blond-haired adult a long look before turning his attention back to who's on the field with him.

"Hey Tsurugi!" Kageyama greets him with an energetic smile, the blueish purple-haired boy in the middle of talking with Kariya. "We are talking about how to surprise Captain when he comes back later. You wanna discuss with us?"

"I'm good." As usual, the aloof boy shakes his head and walks off to the side. "You guys can think about it."

The forward and the defender look at each other and shrug, along with Shinsuke, Amagi, Ichino and Kurumada. "It's not the first time," Kurumada comments. "He's always like that."
