"Kevin!" Betty grinned, she had her pale arms wide open as she ran up to her old friend who had just opened the front door to their apartment. Kevin quickly wrapped his arms around her too and swung her around carefully, making sure no furniture got hit. "I missed ya B." Kevin laughed, he placed her down and looked back at the door where Jughead stood holding onto the suitcase with his good arm. "Hey Kev." Jughead smiled as Kevin walked up to him and hugged him too. "Long time, no see. Also I'm just going to say I am sorry for taking Betty with me." Kevin laughed, he took the suitcase from Jughead's hand and rolled it into Betty's room. "So this is the apartment you guys lived in. Care to show me around?" Jughead smiled looking down at Betty. She linked her arm with his and began to drag him around, telling him where things were.

"And this was my room. It's exactly how I left it." Betty said as she swung the wooden door open letting the handle hit against the wall behind it. The room was messy. A few dresses and T-shirt's were scattered across the floor, the bed was unmade and a few of her drawers were open. Jughead collapsed down on the bed and let out a sigh as he hit the soft white pillow. "Comfortable?" Betty laughed. Jughead turnt around so his back was against the duvet with a pleased smile across his face. He reached out his hand, grabbing onto Betty's hand and pulled her down onto the bed. She crashed into his chest and giggled when she heard jughead cough at the pressure. "So what now?" Jughead asked fondling with Betty's blonde locks. "Kevin said that Sam invited us all over," Betty said and watched as Jughead smiled knowing that Sammy is an amazing cook. "We should unpack and then we can get ready." She added, standing up from the bed. Jughead groaned quietly when she left his embrace but stood up to help. He swivelled the suitcase over to the bed and placed it on the edge so the dirty wheels wouldn't touch the duvet. Jughead unzipped the luggage as Betty opened her wardrobe and pulled out a few hangers for Jughead's shirts.

"Was there even a point in me bringing my own tops. You already stole a load when you left." Jughead laughed as he grabbed one of the cold metal hangers and slid it in the neck hole of his maroon 's' shirt. "I was very surprised when I didn't get a call with you screaming down the phone asking where all your clothes had gone." Betty chuckled, she was folding up his pants to put in the spare drawer and chucking his socks and underwear into a single drawer. "Well my clothes will always be your clothes. I also was too lazy to even bother." Jughead smirked and closed the wardrobe door. He grabbed the suitcase and slid it under the bed. "I love sleeping in your tops so I had to take some." Betty smiled.

"We're going to leave in twenty minutes, guys." Kevin said, standing at the doorway before turning around and walking away. "So do we dress fancy or casual?" Jughead asked as he sat down on the bed. "You always wear the same things so it doesn't really matter, but I'm going to in some pretty casual clothes." Betty laughed. She opened up the wardrobe once again and threw Jughead one of his tops and jeans with a flannel. "I can wear my serpent jacket around them, right?" He asked already pulling off his current top. "Of course, I'm going to wear mine too." Betty said pulling her small leather jacket out and placing it on the bed next to Jughead's one.
Betty picked out a simple tight long sleeve baby pink top with black jeans.

The two were ready within fifteen minutes and were waiting on the couch for Kevin. "Hurry up!" Betty yelled throwing her head back. "I'm coming! You can't rush perfection, B." Kevin said. He appeared from his doorway and swiped the car keys off the counter. The three of them left the apartment before locking the door behind them and following Kevin down to his car.

"We're going to grab some milkshakes on the way." Kevin said, starting the engine as the couple sitting in the back plugged in their seatbelts. "Are they as good as Pops?" Jughead asked. "God, No! Nothing beats Pops." Betty laughed. Kevin had already stopped the car and opened the door. "Do you guys want Chocolate and Vanilla?" He asked as he stepped out the car and looked through the small gap to see them. "Yes please." Jughead smiled. Kevin gave them a thumbs up and closed the door.

"So how many people will be there?" Jughead asked, turning towards Betty who was sat cuddled next to him. "Maybe seven. I don't really know. Sammy normally invites only a few people. Also the day always ends with us drunk, so please watch me so I don't end up trying to go swimming in the pond." Betty laughed.

Kevin was back within a few minutes and passed the milkshakes to the two others so he could drive. "Next stop, Sammy's house." He smiled, turning on the engine. "Who's going, Kev?" Betty asked holding onto the five drinks he had passed her. "Well, us, Liam, Shaun, Katie, Joey, Finn and Sammy obviously." Kevin replied with a smile across his face.
