Prequel: Into the Darkness
Welcome to Manhattan, New York, the place I like to call home.
My life used to be so simple and carefree, but it's changed since my parents died at the hands of...
Vampires.
Yeah, that's right, vampires.
Believe me, I didn't believe it either, at first. Not until I came face-to-face with one. Since then, I've tried to keep my distance, but my new training routine as a vampire hunter has kept me immersed in that world.
The world of the supernatural.
The darkness has entered this life of mine, and I wish I hadn't known the truth.
That fateful day was only eight years ago, but I still remember it like it was yesterday...unfortunately. I mean, how could I forget?! It's been a few months since I began my training, but my schedule is anything but simple.
I mentioned that I'm a vampire hunter, right?
Oh yeah...
As a novice, I'm still learning how to survive in this world shrouded in darkness and secrets, and I feel that it's up to me to uncover the meaning behind my parents' deaths. I feel it's only fitting that I reveal what's been hidden.
And I won't be alone. The other hunters in training have my back.
More complications will arise, crimes will be committed in the shadows, and a new, powerful adversary will come to the city.
Who is it?
I honestly wish I knew, but even that's a mystery to unlock.
Looks like I've got a lot of work to do.
