For nobody really wants to listen,
And deep down nobody cares,
It's all just a facade.

Those concerned looks and smiles of pity,
They all wish for you to go away,
To disappear,
Isn't that what you really feel deep down?
When you lay awake on your bed, in the middle of the night,
Eyes straining against the darkness,
Fighting a losing battle with your tears.

What am I supposed to do? Who am I supposed to be? Where am I supposed to go?

The what if's and maybes' slowly eating away at your soul.

Breathe my love

Breathe for a second and then two,
And let the tears fall.

- I lay awake at night, searching for the stars, that they told me shine on the darkest nights.
