Calm down, we won't be late besides mason is there already.
Lisa just opened a bakery shop, I'm super proud of my bestie. Tonight is the opening and we are trying to get things done before then.

I took the boxes and loaded them into my car boot, get in i said to her.
I pulled up by her shop and we got out to unload the boxes.
Hi mason i said as he walked out and gave Lisa a kiss. Umm if you guys are done i need help with the boxes i told them. We all walked into the shop.
I turned to Lisa and said " I'm really proud of you " her eyes sparkled as she thanked me.
I brought out my phone to check it
Oh shit, i have 2 missed calls from jace, I should call him back
Hey baby,sorry i missed your call i was busy helping Lisa with somethings. You know today is the opening, will you still be able to get here i asked?

Take care i said as i walked out to meet him.
Hey babe, you look gorgeous he said as we hopped into his car.
He drove us to a fancy fancy restaurant and we were ushered our seats. A waiter came and took our orders and left. I took a look at jace and noticed he was nervous.
Jace, what is wrong? I asked as i placed my hands on his.

I looked back to see the decorators doing their job.
Lisa, we should head back now you need to get dressed. Mason will be here to supervise everything.
She pecks mason and we made our way into my car.

Yes he is, he's flying in today i said while driving, i invited a few of my friends too. We got to my apartment and got out of the car. I ordered for foods while Lisa checked our outfits.
Kim do you think mason would like this on me? she asked me
He would totally love it, you'd look incredibly hot.
We both got ready and went out for the opening, I picked my phone to call jace but he wasn't picking.
Maybe he's busy I thought to myself.
The opening had started Lisa had officially opened "Lisa's Bakery" i was super proud of her.
I walked out to call jace again but he still wasn't picking my calls,i went back into the bakery and saw Linda talking to Lisa
"Hey bitches, when did you get here" i turned and asked Linda
"A while back" Linda says, I turned and saw Ricky and Jace i smiled and walked towards him
"Babe!! I called you but you didn't return my calls. Everything okay?"
"Sorry i was in a little bit of a situation but I'm here now" we turned as we heard Lisa's voice from the microphone
"Hello everyone. Umm I wouldn't lie i am a little nervous today, I've always loved baking ever since i was a little girl, i watched my mom baked and it sparked something in me. I'm so grateful to finally be able to open my own, it wouldn't have been possible with everyone of you all present here tonight especially my best friend and boyfriend. Thanks for all you do Kimberly and Mason"
"I smiled and mouthed i love you"

I laughed and shake my head "this night is totally yours Lisa, you earned it"
I saw the lights dim and a light shone brightly on me, i looked back to see everyone at a pace
What's going on?
I looked down and saw jace on one knee

"Yes you are" jace responded, I clapped my hands over my mouth
"Kimberly Blake I've loved you since i saw you nervously asked me to go back to the coffee shop with you, i couldn't have imagined my life with anyone but you

"Yes i will marry you jace", he slid the ring into my finger and i pulled him up. He leans closer to me and kisses me. I smiled as we broke apart.
I held my fingers up and yelled "I'm getting married people"
Lisa came hugging me "I can't believe you're getting married Kim, I'm so happy for you"
"Thanks Lisa, but you knew about this huh you could've given me heads up you know. Thats what sister's do" i said and pouted
"Well not this sister" I laughed and hugged her again
I looked towards the entrance and saw the people i cherish the most
"Mom, Dad" i hugged them tightly
"My baby" mom yelled and hugged me back. I cried into her arms and hugged my dad again
"I can't believe you guys are here"
"Yes darling, jace wanted it to be a surprise for you" my mom replied me
"I missed you so much mom, how are you dad?"
"I'm fine babygirl, I'm happy you found jace he really loves you and i have no doubt he will make you happy."
"Yes dad, he makes me very happy" i felt jace's hands around my waist as he stretched his hand forward to my dad
"Good evening Mr/Mrs Blake"
"Please call us Ellen and Davies, calling us Mr/Mrs Blake makes us sound so old" my dad chuckled
"Young man, i hope you come visit us soon and also take good care of our daughter"
"Yes sir she's in safe hands, if you don't mind i will like to introduce her to some people"jace said as he whisked me away
"How is the soon to be Mrs Norman?"
"I'm fine Mr Norman"
i got introduced to everyone even jace's parent i have a lunch date with them tomorrow, I can't believe how much my life has changed during these past few months I'm glad i bumped into jace at the coffee shop .
I was just an ordinary girl before i met jace but now i am the future Mrs Jace Norman.
I looked back at my family and I couldn't have chosen it better.
