Okie so Haikyuu season 4 got postponed so these chapters won't be based off of that season 😭 so I wanted to add a chapter that had the volleyball team hanging out at the beach before the 3rd years had to leave so bear with me pls 🙏🏽 this ain't the end.

Time skip - few months later

You couldn't believe your eyes but the year flew by just like that. Of course you and Kei still had two more years to kill but... the time was up for third years. You didn't want them to leave. Not so soon.

The team decided to have a barbecue at the beach where you guys would be staying in a hotel for the next 9 days. It sounded like fun.

You were laying down on the bed listening to music kind of zoned out a little bit. Everyone was pumped up about the beach but you still couldn't believe the third years were going to leave. Especially Kiyoko. Her and Yachi were the only female friends you had and you didn't talk to anyone that was outside of the volleyball club. It was way out of your comfort zone to do so.

The song you were listening to was in English. It was a cover song called "Cooler Than Me". The cover song sounded much more calm and gentle than the original piece. It had a nice tune to it. You were honestly a little bit bored so you began to sing-

You were cut off by the fact you felt a presence somewhere in your room. So you sat up and looked around to see your boyfriend standing in the doorway holding his phone in hand. Possibly recording.

Your face flushed a crimson red in embarrassment. You had once again been caught singing by someone.
The boy smirked as he pressed play and you could hear your voice from the speaker. You sprung up from the bed in attempt to take the phone from him. He was honestly having a fun time seeing the expression on your face. Sadly you failed trying to get the phone.

You let out a deep sigh and puffed your cheeks. The blonde ruffled your hair as he took out two duffle bags from his closet. He handed you one of the bags so the both of you could start packing for the two day trip. You remembered that you didn't own a swimsuit so you figured that you wouldn't be going in the water. The trip was in three days and you wanted to make the most out of it.

The team had arrived at the hotel. Everyone was settling in their rooms feeling a bit tired from the trip. It was 6 in the afternoon.

There was a little surprise along the way. Apparently the volleyball teams from Nekoma, Fukurodani, and Seijo would be joining us on this little vacation. It was a big surprise to Karasuno and it would be your first time meeting the other teams besides Seijo. Even the third years from Seijo were aloud to come.
