After apologizing, you and Kei were back to normal. There was no more awkwardness around you both. Now that exams were over and it was the start of winter break, you and Kei were thinking about going back to Miyagi to visit his mother for the holidays. The break duration was for three weeks. So there was time to chill and relax before making the trip. There were a couple of things that you wanted to do. You hear that far from campus, there was this scenery where Christmas lights would be hung up and you could stroll by just to see them. Kei said that him and his family went to an event like this when he was younger. But you haven't.

You got a text from Hitoka, asking if you wanted to hang out with her and her roommate. Of course you replied with a yes. The meeting was set at 2:00 in the afternoon. You hurried and got ready. It was chilly outside. You wanted to look nice but at the same time comfortable. So you chose a thick long sleeved sweater that fit you like a dress. You paired it with black leggings, a pair of sneakers, and a scarf.

You walked out to the living room to see that Kei was sitting on the sofa with a blanket and a warm drink in hand. He was scrolling through his phone. He noticed that you were dressed and questioned.

"Where are you going?" The blonde asks out of pure curiosity.

"I'm going out with Yachi and here roommate."

"What time do you plan on coming back?"

"Around 6 or 7 ish. I don't really know but I'm assuming around that time..... want me to pick you up something while I'm out?"

"No I'm good."

"Okay then I'm heading out, love you, bye~"

Before the blonde could even reply, you had already closed the door.

The side walk was a little bit icy so you made sure to be careful and watch your step. You met up with Hitoka and Nanami.

Your high school best friend wore high rise jeans with a tucked in shirt, and a coat to pair. While Nanami wore leggings, a red tinted sweater, along with a windbreaker and scarf.

The three of you greeted each other. And went on with the day. You three explored and went on a little shopping spree in the town square. It was either gifts for others or just clothing. It went on for hours. The three of you stopped by at a bakery.

The smell of baked goods filled your nose as you stepped foot inside the building. There were so many choices of what to get. The three of you ordered and sat down at a near by table. Hitoka got hot apple cider, with a red velvet cupcake. Nanami ordered iced coffee with a mint chocolate chip donut, and you got (drink) along with (chosen pastry).

"So how are you and Tsukishima?" Hitoka asks with a genuin smile painted on her face.

"We've been pretty good, got into a fight not too long ago... but we made up for it." You reply

" That's good to hear."

"How about you? I notice that you've been all blushy blushy with Tadashi~"

"Well- I um- I mean- he's really cute..."

"Come onnn is that all you have to say about him?? I know that you've had some "thoughts" in your head." You smirk, only teasing your high school bestie.

And at that moment, Hitoka's face turns completely red. Not able to properly speak, "I-It's not l-like that!"

You and Nanami giggle.

"Don't worryyyy~ I'm only teasing. I'm pretty sure he likes you as well."

"You think so?"

"Mhm!" You hummed. Your head then turned towards Nanami. "Sooo~ what about you Nanami? Do you have a boyfriend?"
