You were sitting on the sofa scrolling through the internet. The hangout with Yachi and Nanami yesterday, was really fun. You enjoyed it. You sighed as you remembered you had to go to work tomorrow. Out in the cold weather. You shivered at the thought.
You asked your manager to take some time off work since you and Kei were visiting Miyagi, but until then, you still had to go.
Kei was out, getting some grocery items he said that he needed to get really quick, so you had the apartment room to yourself for a bit.
While scrolling through the internet, you came across some Christmas adds. It... reminded you of what you wanted to get for your boyfriend. Of course you could get him something nice and expensive, but he doesn't really have a care for things like those. Just as long as it was from you, he wouldn't really mind what it was. But He would probably give you the "disappointed" look if you gave him something that was stupid or had no use to him......... probably make fun of you for it later as well. But what could you possibly get him?
What to get him as a gift left you in a daze for a bit. You looked at your wrist. A silver bracelet was worn. And on it, was a carving of your name. You remembered when he first gave it to you as a gift when he asked you to be his girlfriend. The confession was something you never thought would come out of his mouth. A little cringy, but it was still cute. That's when the idea came to your mind. What if you got him a bracelet as well? Like the chain ones for men, with his first name carved on it?
"That's perfect!" You thought to yourself.
You knew it was going to be pricey but it was fine. You wanted to make it special. Like adding a couple of things to it. Of course you were going to buy him other gifts as well but when thinking of giving him a bracelet came to mind, you knew that you didn't want to just straight up give it to him.
You went into the bedroom to go find the blonde's laptop. On there, you searched up a jewelry store and made a custom order. You decided to get him a silver one, just like yours.
Now all you had to do was think of a way to gift it to him. You wanted to make it special. That's when the idea came to mind. An explosion box. You could go to the pharmacy to print out pictures. Attach them to each flap and put the bracelet in the middle. To make it a little bit more cheesey to get a good reaction, you could write a little letter. And just like that the special gift idea was set. You just needed to find the time to make it.
For those who don't know what I'm talking about- this is what I meant (found it on amazon because I was researching boyfriend gifts for this chapter 😂)

After that you heard the door open. That's when you quickly deleted the history of the jewelry store website. And turned off the laptop like nothing happened. (Lmao- me when my parents burst through my door)
Kei had come back from the store. He gave you a suspicious look when he saw that you had a bit of a panicked expression.
