Levi x Reader - Her Reckless Behaviour

On our way back to HQ I notice Noah has a few bruises. I connect the dots and watch Levi in the front. Ha he beat him up, that's...cute? I think to myself. I notice Levi slowing down as the other cadets ride past him. He slows down enough to reach me then matches my pace.

"How's the cut?"

"Gone,"

"Sorry, I did-"

"No, it's fine I get it," I give him a smile so he knows I understand.

Noticing something from the corner of my eye I mutter, "Shit," I look back to find at least 10 titans running towards us. Levi speeds up and tells someone to shoot a flare. I sigh knowing I'm going to need to watch Noah.

"Lead them to that forest!" I hear Levi yell sternly pointing in the direction we are to head.

We stand in the trees watching the titans trying to get up the tree. I'm on a separate branch with Noah while Levi watches from another.

"Hey sis," Noah says softly looking down at his lap,

"What," I respond my voice cold,

"I thought about what you said..." he pauses and I raise an eyebrow, "I understand I was in the wrong when we were younger. Now we're the same," he stands up with determination in his eyes and I step ready to grab my blades in case anything happens. I notice Levi tense up as he watches from afar. "I'm willing to work with you if you let me!" he yells animatedly as he bows his head.

I scoff, "How do I know you're not lying?"

I fall to my knees as my head starts pounding.

FLASHBACK

"(y/n)! (y/n)!"

"Noah!" I run up to him giving him a hug.

We're at our favorite tree spot a few miles away from the house. We lay down looking up at the clouds making shapes out of them. Noah quickly sits up and I follow looking at him wide eyed.

"You're 7 now (y/n)!" he exclaims, giving me a hug. Although we are a few years apart we are still very close. He pulls out a bag and hands it to me, "Happy Birthday!" my mouth drops as I find a bear inside.

"Noah! It's a teddy bear!" I laugh at the bear with two different sized eyes and give Noah another hug. We laugh as we spend the rest of the day chasing each other outside.

3 YEARS LATER

"Noah!" I run up to Noah to give him a hug but instead our dad steps between us slapping me across the face and I fall to my knees, "Daddy?" I say, holding my cheek as tears fill my eyes.

"Don't touch my son," I look up at my dad, tears falling as he looks back at me disgusted.

"I-what did I do?" I ask choking back my tears,

"You're a freak," he walks away and I look at Noah who seems hurt but he doesn't come to hug me,

"I love you," he whispers before turning around and leaving me to cry alone.

FLASHBACK END

"What did you do?" I look up to find Levi shaking Noah who is looking intently at me. I grab my head as it continues to pound.

"Levi stop," I manage to say,

"(y/n)?" he runs over to me helping me up. I look at Noah who has tears in his eyes, I tilt my head and give him a smile before walking over to him and giving him a hug.

He whispers an apology and I pull back before punching him in the stomach, "That's for the headache i'm going to have while fighting these titans,"

"Fair enough," he strains before I step off the branch to cut some titan napes.

After fighting a few titans I land on a branch with Eren and Armin,

"There are too many," I wipe some sweat off my forehead, "We need to head back," they nod in agreement, realizing that the titans won't stop coming.

"Captain!" I yell out but Levi doesn't hear me as he continues fighting so I fall slicing the nape of a titan he was heading to kill,

"Oi!" he says meeting me on a branch,

"We should head back there are too many," I say panting,

"Why are you so tired? It was one titan," I shrug and he studies me concern on his face,

"Everyone find your horse and head back!" He shoots over to the branch where Noah is and we head back to HQ once again. This time we arrive successfully. 

I make my way to the infirmary as I don't feel too good.

"(y/n)!" I hear Noah's voice behind me,

"Oh, hey," I say trying to not fall over,

"Shit, are you okay?"

"Don't feel too good," I say closing my eyes and placing my hands on my temples.

"Oh yeah..." he places a hand on the back of his head, "That's my fault. Receiving flashbacks can make you sick," I glare at him,

"Oi! Brats!" I groan as my trip to the infirmary gets interrupted once again. I slide down the wall and place my head in my hands, "What'd you do to her?"

"I didn't do anything! It's just a side effect from the flashback!" he says defensively crossing his arms. 

"I just...I need to get to the infirmary," I say softly from the floor,

"You just need to sleep it off," says Noah and I close my eyes. I hear a tch and then i'm lifted up, "Hey! what are you doing!"

"Taking her to her room!"

"Don't do anything stupid or i'll beat you up!" we scoff,

"Same goes for you," Levi sternly says back, "How are you doing?" he whispers his tone softer,

"Hmm," I respond half asleep, tightening my hold around his neck. He chuckles,

"Okay,"

I pass out and wake up to Levi's arms around my waist. I close my eyes and fall back asleep, enjoying his company.
