"STOP IT LEE HAECHAN" you yell at him as he is pulling your school bag

"do i look like care hahahahaha" he runs because he knows what will happening if youre getting pissed off

"ugh lee haechan you brat" mumbled yourself

you and haechan are childhood friends , as we all know here haechan is a wonderful brat who annoys people but meh hes fullsun , he always makes people around him laughing but lilttle did you know he was tortured by his parents? no? you dont know? thats why im here writing this fanfic.

both of his parents are alcoholic , being beaten by them is a normal routine to haechan. he got bruises on his body. got beaten by belt , also by wine bottle and all sorts of child abuse but he still able to smile everyday and act like nothing happen

at school ,

"y/n..." he calls your name

"what?" you furrowed

"i might not see you again , vanish in this world maybe?" he says while looking down

you are wondering why is he acting like this all o sudden , "hey buddy , whats with you?"

"hahaha nothing , i was joking" he laughs

the next day , like normal you are waiting for him to go to school together but he didnt even show up therefore you start to walk on your own.

you have arrived the school , entered the class but didnt even see his figure.

"wheres him?" you start worrying and panic

after 10 minutes , your homeroom teacher enters the class

"kids , listen here. we have a very sad news" he speaks as he almost burst out from tears

all the kids also silent.

"our lee haechan was found dead at the park" silence. all the class remains silence. your heart break into pieces.

you became speechless and didnt even talk to anyone the whole day. you went home and suddenly remembered what he had told you and you were crying as hell because you wernt expecting things would be like this. you tought he was joking when he said he might vanish from this world but he was serious.

"y/n...haechan passed away.." your mother told you with a sorrowful voice

"i know."

"he was found dead at the park , the police suspected he was abused by his parents and now both of his parents were now at the police station. maybe he was so weak when he was running from home that night" your mom said as she hugs you

the next day , the teacher called you.

"y/n...heres what polices have found , haechan wrote this for you"

you opened the letter to check and..

y/n , by the time you are reading this i might taking a nap. maybe a deep sleep. i was writing this in a weak condition , blood all over my face and body. thank you so much for growing up with me. hahaha dont be mad after i tell you that i was abused by both of my parents. i love you y/n , stay safe and healthy pretty. also , sorry for being an annoying brat!!"

"stupid lee haechan , i hate you" you cried silently and it hurts you. it's more painful when you couldnt even say the last goodbye.

1 year later , you visit his grave ,

"haechan ssi , im sorry that i didnt say the last goodbye. i love you forever and ever"
