PART IV: ANJOLA'S STORY

“He has said his piece,
In his bid for peace.
He has recounted his tale,
And the events that cause him to ache.

Now the tides have changed,
For the waves, scream Anjola's name.
Now it is her turn,
To recount, recollect and repaint,
The happenings that made her strong,
And the journey that she had to take.

The memories: bad, good, and bittersweet,
She would have to dig deep,
Unlock a part of her that has long been asleep,
For her rationale to be understood.

Hold on tight,
For this journey is one,
That tells of darkness and of light,
The battles that she fought,
And the ones that she won,
With the help of her Lord.

Turn the page,
For a feast awaits.”
