I decided to do my own little skit on the Sunflower x Peashooter ship. (I got nothing better to do.)

A thunderstorm brews in the distance as a soaking wet Sunflower runs through a small neighborhood.
Rain rain more rain. Will it ever end? It feels as if I've been running for hours. There's only one place I know in this desolate area.
*Ring ring*
???: Alright I'm coming.
(A tired Peashooter who goes by the name Pea opens the door)
Pea: Oh. Hey Sunny, what are you doing at 4 in the morning
Sunny: Oh, um... I was going home and it started raining and I didn't know the way back to base due to the fog and you're the only one who I know in this neighborhood and-
Pea: Sunny, your ranting again.
Sunny: Oh..um, sorry
Pea: That's okay. Here I'll go get something to dry you off with
I could feel myself blush. Why do I feel butterflies in my stomach whenever I'm around Pea. One second I'm fine then Pea comes then I turn completely shy
Pea: Here you go *hands towel to Sunny and sits down beside her*
Sunny: *blushes, even more,* um..thanks
Should I tell him about how I feel? Will he hate me if I ask? What should I do?
Sunny: Um, Pea... Can I tell something
Pea: *Curious* Shoot
Sunny: Pea. I uh.... I.. I
Pea: Is something wrong? You seem nervous.
Sunny: I...I...I L-
*Pea kisses Sunny*
Pea: I love you too
Hearing the words made my stomach do a somersault but It felt nice hearing that from him
Pea: Why don't you stay the night. So that you can leave when the rain clears
Sunny: Yea, that would be nice.
(Pea and Sunny cuddle on the couch until drowsiness caught up to them)
