The next day at Camp Star, Tess and Luke were arguing.
"It's about time," Luke says annoyed that Tess was late, "My private vocal lessons started ten minutes ago."
"Oh, I'm sorry," Tess replies sarcastically, "I forgot that Axel thinks you need the extra.....practice."
The two turn their heads when they hear, "Camp Rock."
All of the campers of Camp Rock were following Y/N and Mitchie who were at the front. They marched through Camp Star shouting 'Camp Rock' every once in a while. They stopped once they reached the stage, facing Luke and Tess.
"Yeah that's right," Mitchie says, "we're here on your stage. See you guys didn't really give us a chance to answer back the other night."
"But guess what," Y/N continued smiling, "that's gonna change." Upon seeing their confused looks, Y/N continues backing up, "Camp Rock vs Camp Star, the final jam. What do you guys think about that?"
"Drums" Barron said, making Nate start playing.
"A little guitar, please." Sander said, Shane and Jason playing with their backs to each other.

Come on, let's ride the wave." Tess sings from in front of Y/N and Mitchie, moving her arm in a wave motion. The girls copy her arm wave motion with confusion on their faces.

Cause we're never second place." Mitchie sings, following Tess as she walked away rolling her eyes.

Man, we're too dangerous." Sander and Barron sing, facing Luke and a group of boys.
"Ain't got the style or the stamina

Makin' all the girls sing

(It's on, it's on)." Luke sings, making Barron and Sander scoff and roll their eyes at him.
"Drums." Barron says pointing at Nate making him play a beat, before passing it to the Camp Star drummer. They continue back and forth trying to out play the other.
"Yeah
A little guitar, please
One, two, three, four." The Camp Star girl guitarists play multiple chords, stopping to pass it onto Shane and Jason. They go back and forth, trying to prove they were better. Y/N cheers on Jason and Shane as they play, playing better than the girls were by far.

It's on!" They hear slow clapping, making them turn their heads to see Axel Turner standing there.
"That is a fantastic idea," He says taking off his sunglasses, walking down the steps. "Truly, I'm impressed. A little healthy competition is exactly what we need, a champion always needs a good sparing partner."
"We do?" Luke asks confused.
"But you really think you can take my guys on head to head?" Axel asks, ignoring Luke's question.
Peggy laughs, "Anytime, anyplace."
"Yeah," the campers shout from behind her.
"Can't wait." Shane says, his arm on Jason's shoulder.
"Maybe use our amphitheater," Axel says thoughtfully.
"Doesn't matter where," Y/N says, "We just know that Camp Rock is going to blow you guys away." Shouts of agreement come from the rest of campers, making Y/N smile.
"I'm sure an audience will be a better judge of that." Axel says, cocking his head to the side.
"Bring it on," Caitlyn says, with a smile on her face. "You can pack it with anybody you want."
Axel laughs under his breath, surprised at their confidence. "Well, how about a world wide audience? What if we put this little competition on tv?"
Gasps of delight echo from behind Y/N and Mitchie, who look at each other unsure.
"Have the public decide who's really the best."
"Tv?" Ella says shocked, "We really get to be on tv?"
"Uh," Y/N says hesitant, "I-I don't really know about this."
"Not such a big talker now are you?" Luke asks, smiling smugly.
"But that would be so cool," Peggy says facing Y/N, trying to convince her.
"The whole world will see us," Caitlyn says, facing Y/N too.
"Uh," Y/N stutters, not knowing if she should agree or not.
"C'mon, Y/N this could be huge." Sander says.
Y/N sighs before looking back at Shane, seeing him shrug and nod his head.
"You're on."
Everyone cheers and claps as Axel puts his glasses back on. He bows at them before turning to head back up the stairs.
