Confessions

I tiptoe downstairs with my diary and Colin slithering around my body and sat on the couch.

It's around 10:30 and I usually don't sleep right now so I'm up.

I read the pages that I've written. The things about Jay the things about everything and everyone.

My mind always ends up going back to one thing, one person, one name, Austin.

I couldn't control and started crying softly until I heard feet on the stairs. I wipe my eyes and sniffle and look down at my diary trying to make it seem like I wasn't crying.

"Are you okay?" Jay asks

"I'm fine," I sniffle

He sits on the couch beside me, "Are you little right now?" He asks

I shake my head no and he nods in understanding, "Tell me what's wrong," he says

"No," I shake my head as more tears fall down my face, "No,"

He wraps an arm around and I don't fight him, leaning into him as I sniffled and cried.

"I'm going to tell you why I'm like this," I tell and him and move back so I can look at him and he nods

"It all started with Austin. Austin was my first daddy and we were together for 3 years. One day people shot up the street we lived on and he jumped in front of me." I sniffled, "He died because he wanted to save me, in my arms saying how much he loved me. I act cold so that I don't fall in love again. It makes me feel...wrong. He loved me so much that he sacrificed himself for me and if I fall in love with someone else it would be like I'm betraying him." I look Jay in the eyes, "I'm sorry," my voice breaks, "I really am. You don't deserve me being a bitch all of the time because you're actually a really good daddy. I just don't want to fall for you," I say and shake my head

He doesn't say anything. He pulls me into another hug and I hugged him back. Soon enough I fell asleep.

I woke up feeling little and in Jay's arms. I took this time to look at his face. His face is sculpted perfectly. From his stubble to his hair. His jawline and his nose, everything is complete perfection.

His eyes flutter open and I look at him, "Staring at me while I sleep?" He asks, "And you're little," he says

When I'm little my eyes tend to dilate, "You wooked so peaceful daddy," I said

He chuckles softly, "Thank you, sweetheart," he says and kisses my forehead

"Do you fwink Austin would be mad if I fwell for someone else?" I asked

"I think he would've wanted you to move on. To not mourn him your entire life," he says

I nod, "I don't want to forgwet him, daddy," I whine

"You won't forget him, love," he says

"Can we eat breakfast?" I ask with a smile

"What would you like sweetheart?" He asks

"Fwuit," I answer, "Awot of Fwuit," I add

"You like being healthy?" He asks

I nod my head, "I can't be a couch potwato head, daddy," I tell him

"Of course not darling," he says and picks me up as he stands up

I pick the fruit from the fridge. I got kiwi, pear, pineapple, and grabs. Daddy cut up the pear, kiwi, and pineapple.

"Cantaloupe is gross," I stick out my tongue in disgust

"I agree," he says as he places kiwi in out bowls. I ate a grape while he wasn't looking and then continued putting the grapes in the bowl until he picks me up and carries me to the couch and starts tickling me.

"You ate grape!" He says as he tickles me

"Ahh, sorry daddy," I say while giggling

He stops and carries me bad over to the kitchen and a lady comes down the stairs.

"Lilian, you're here?" He asks,

"I came back really early this morning while you guys were asleep on the couch," She says and winks at me making my face go red

My eyes widen and Jay looks at me in confusion, "I slept frough the night," I say

He smiles, "You sure did," he says

I smile and giggle, "She's adorable," Lilian says

"Not when she's big. She's really mean when she's big," Jay says and I shrug agreeing with him

"What is that!" Lilian scream pointing at my neck

I giggle and motion her towards me, before removing Colin from my neck. He slides around my hands as I handle him.

I see Jay slowly back away from me and I giggle.

"He's a corn snake, not venomous," I say without looking up with a smile on my face as he slithered between my hands and fingers.

Lilian looks terrified along with Jay.

"You were fine when he was in your car," I say to Jay

"He was asleep," he says

I roll my eyes and hop off the counter going towards Jay. He backs away but I grab his hand pulling him closer to me before moving Colin to the hand that was holding Jay's. Jay tries to pull his hand away but I smile and shake my head holding his hand tight as Colin moves up his arm.

Jay looks at me uneasily and I give him a soft smile. I grab his other hand with my other hand and whistle. Colin slithers over his shoulders and back to my arm.

"Was that so hard?" I let go of his hands

He shakes his head, "Someone doesn't seem little anymore," he says

"Yeah, I couldn't be little and have you trust me with a snake," I say as I feel Colin going onto my head. I hiss and he goes back to my shoulders.

Jay laughs, "what was that?" He asks

"He isn't supposed to go on my head. Also, we need to go to the store because he needs pinkies, I only have 2, which can last him 2 weeks," I say

"Pinkies?" Jay asks

"They are small mice," I tell him, "he eats them,"

"Okay, we can go tomorrow when we go shopping," he says

"Black, white, gray and occasionally navy blue and red," I remind him

"Of course princess," he says and I smile

"Now I can properly meet her," Lilian says as she steps closer to me, "I'm Lilian, I do basically everything around here and I've been waiting forever for him to get a good little and you seem perfect," she says

"China. I don't know about perfect since I'm not that nice to him sometimes," I say

"Sometimes," he snorts

I roll my eyes, and Lilian giggles, "You're perfect for him and I think you know it," she whispers to me

I smile, "Now to finish the fruit salads," I say and grab Jay's hand bring him back to the kitchen.

I sit on the counter and watch Jay cut up the fruits.

I can fall for him. I did already start.
