The Pandava Princess

RAJSUY YAJNA

After most of the guests have arrived the party from Hastinapur came. Pitamah and Kakashree were the first to arrive. Then Yuvraj Duryodhan,Bhrata Dussashan,Mamashree Shakuni and Bhratrashree Karn arrived. Yes he had taken up kingship again. I wished him and asked him about his son. We were back to our places when the last guest arrived. Cheddi Yuvraj Shishupal.

After the yajna was over the priest asked us to give the arghya to the most venerated person according to us. Jyesth Bhrata's go to answer was Pitamah but he himself objected. He said that in the presence of Vasudev Krishn he didn't deserve the arghya and therefore Nakul and Sahdev proceeded to do the rituals when Shishupal stood up and shouted. "Mighty Kings of Aryavart what chance does this cowherd stand infront of Mahamahim Bhishm? These Pandavs are idiots to give him this respect." The whole court was engulfed in pin drop silence. "He is a thief who stole butter in his young age. He was born in a prison what other proof do you need to know that he was evil..." This way Shishupal continuosly kept on abusing Kanha and he didn't let us speak a word for him. Shishupal kept on insulting my brothers along with Kanha. I had kept quiet all the while untill he insulted Kanha and Panchali's friendship. "You are crossing yòur limits Yuvraj." I said. "Am I now , Princess?" He asked me. "Then let me tell your story to the whole Aryavart huh?" I raised an eyebrow at him. What was he talking about? "This girl",he said as if I had no significance,"had stayed in Mathura and Dwarka in her childhood days and not in a kanyavas. There she had fallen in love with this Krishn which is terribly unladylike. And she had refused me. Therefore its true that there is something that had happened due to this love which makes Yudhistir bowing down to Krishn even after he is the Chakrovarty  Samrat." "Shishupal" , Bhrata Arjun shouted.

Krishna's P.O.V.
Parth had a dagger in his hand ready to attack Shishupal. I put an arm on his shoulder to calm him down. I could see Darshinika. Tears pooling in her eyes but she was strong. There was Angraj Karn. His eyes bloodshot. His focus on Shishupal. This was show of love from two brothers. Parth,active ready to defend his sister and Radheya,passive because he was tied by his vows and just like a dice game destiny would change their roles. I knew it and it hurt.
Comming back to Shishupal he had really crossed his limit. I had given his mother my word that I would not kill him till his hundredth wrong-doing. He had crossed that. Now its time for him to emerge with me, with paramatma.

Advaita's P.O.V.
His head was lying near our feet separated by Kanha's Sudarsan chakra. A few moments after that was blur. Then atlast we completed yajna and other rituals. Bhrata Duryodhan was the first to try and leave. He was a bit enraged cause he had befriended Shishupal. While leaving he thought the part of jalneel mani to be water and pulled up his cloth but it wasn't actually water. Therefore he gained confidence and tried walking through  the actual water unknowingly. He dropped down into the water. The hall broke out in peels of laughter. Everybody except Jyesth Bhrata was laughing. Bhrata Bheem said," Is it necessary for blind man's son to be blind ?" And we broke down in peels of laughter again. Jyesth silenced us with one glare. Bhrata Duryodhan left enraged along with Bhrata Karn,Dusasan and Mamashree.

That night again I got some peculiar dream again. There was a swayamvar of a princess being held and a prince won her by breaking the bow just like Shree Ram did. But..but the scene changed. I could see the Kanha I have first met in Mathura he was ppaying his flute in a beautiful garden and there were so many eomen dancing around him and a girl dancing with him. It was such a mesmerizing scene. The dream ended.
