Why are we so tired all the time we can not do anything we can not think why are we just existing and not living how can we change that.

How are we even living when our minds have given up already. It seems like our body is way more stronger than our mind our mind tells us to stop to quite it says I can't take anymore it gives up it reaches it's limit but we don't die it feels like we are dead our soul is dead but our organs are still working fine when will our body give up?

Problem is that we have made ourselves believe that we are sad all the time that there is something missing we don't know what it is but we can't live without it. And how do we learn that it's not true?

We think we are broken to the point that we can never ever be truly happy again we get sad on very special days of our life for example we don't feel the excitement of getting a new job or birthdays or weddings or etc and we think we can never ever be happy again we can not feel that ecstacy we feel so tired to get excited about something.

But I think it's a myth I think no human ever can be broken enough to be unable to repair we can be repaired.

Out of experience if a person who is broken enough to get have anxiety and enough depression to physically and mentally detoriate his body who have suffered from insomnia still sometimes can't sleep have ocd and trust issues and is basically a glass bottle that holds so much and is afraid to let even a drop out of that bottle and a person who is as shattered as of someone keeps hammering a mirror until it looks like sand if a person as broken as that can be happy then anyone can.

We get tired for a while we got our rock bottom we feel nothing and we don't want feel anything but at right time with right people we can be happy again if not for long then for a little while but we can be.
