Chapter 14

Y/N's POV

It was morning as me and Clem were still sleeping. I did not have another nightmare since the talk me and Clem had. I woke up to see Clem still cuddling me and laying on my chest. I carefully try getting up without waking her, but she was holding me for dear life. I gave in and laid down for five more minutes. Then she finally woke up.

Y/N: Morning Clem.

Clementine: Morning Y/N.

We then kissed.

Clementine: Anymore nightmares?

Y/N: No.

Clementine: That's good.

Y/N: I was gonna get up but you had a strong grip on me and I did not feel like waking you up.

Clementine: Your sweet.

Y/N: Why thank you.

Clementine: Let's eat, shower, and go talk to Javi and Kate.

Y/N: Sounds good.

As we were eating, someone was knocking on our door.

Y/N: Come in!

The door opened, revealing AJ.

AJ: Hi Clem, Hey Y/N.

Y/N: Sup AJ.

Clementine: Hey there goofball.

AJ: CLEMMMMMMMM!

Clementine: You will always be goofball to me.

I laugh.

AJ: I wanted to say hi, and check out the room.

Clementine: Okay.

AJ: And I wanted to ask you guys a question.

Clementine: Yeah?

AJ: What if they come back?

Y/N: Delta and Fallen Star Order?

AJ: Yeah.

Clementine then gave me a worried look.

Y/N: I don't know. I might train fighters here so they can have a chance in case they attack us again.

AJ and Clem liked that answer.

AJ: Will you train me?

Y/N: Ask Clem.

AJ: Can he Clem?

Clementine: I don't know about that.

AJ: You even said after blowing up the boat, I can make my decisions.

Clementine: Does he want to train you?

She then looks at me.

Y/N: I'm fifty fifty on this. One. I know how much you mean to Clem and I don't want you killed. Two. You have potential. How about this? I will train you, depending on how good you do, will determine if you will fight.

AJ then ran up to me and hugged me.

AJ: Thanks Y/N!

I hug back.

Y/N: No problem.

AJ: See ya two.

He then leaves the room. Clem was smiling at me.

Clementine: I think you are a good father figure for AJ.

Y/N: You think so?

Clementine: Yeah! Besides me, your his favorite.

Y/N: Hmm.

Clementine: He tells me a lot about how cool you are.

We stayed silent till I spoke.

Y/N: About last night?

Clementine: Me talking about my past?

Y/N: Yeah. I appreciate you talking about it.

Clementine: It's very hard to talk about.

Y/N: That is why i'm thanking you for doing it. I never told you my backstory, I only told you about Fallen Star Order.

Clementine: You don't have too.

Y/N: I want too.

Clementine then became silent.

Y/N: I joined them when I was 13 or 14. Before that. When this whole shit started. I saw my parents get eaten by them.

Clementine gave me a sympathetic look.

Y/N: I changed after that. I trusted no one for a long time. I still knew that some people were still innocent. But I never joined a group until Fallen Star Order.

Clementine gave me a shocked look.

Clementine: You never joined ONE group!

Y/N: For two reasons. One. Good groups would end up being killed, being alone still in the end. Two. Bad groups can betray you or slow you down. I was alone my whole life.

Clementine: I'm so sorry Y/N. You don't need to be alone anymore.

She then grabbed my hand.

Clementine: I'm here.

She then kissed my cheek. Then she pulled me in a kiss.

Clementine: We should talk to Javi and Kate.

Y/N: Good Idea.

We then walked out of our room.
