Nothing had changed since she had moved out from her old house. The bell sounded exactly the same as she remembered and the colour of the walls was the same cheerful yellow.

The door opened and she recognised the presence of her guardian even before she saw him.

"Sakura! Come on in!" Yukito smiled

"Sakura! Come on in!" Yukito smiled. He didn't look a year older than what he looked like in high school.

"Touya said you were worried about me. Actually I'm too busy with work and everything. My roomate isn't here so I have to cook every night and I don't have any energy after that." Sakura sighed.

"Where is dad?"

"He's gone for a walk to the market

"He's gone for a walk to the market. He said he wanted to cook something."

Sakura's eyebrows knotted. "How is he? His arm and all?"

"I think he's doing better. He recovered a lot this winter."

Sakura sighed in relief.

Yukito guided her to her old room and sat down on the carpet with her.

"I can't believe you're living in a teenage girl's room." Sakura smirked.

Nothing had changed. The room was exactly how she had left it, with stuffed toys, pink table mirrors, and maroon alarm clocks.
