Destiny, is supposed to make you,
But I say don't let it define you.
What you are and what you will be
Is something that has nothing to do with your destiny
Why rely on your fate to make you great?
When you can become great by writing your own fate
Who you truly are you will never see,
Unless you look past your destiny.
When something goes wrong, why destiny you blame?
When in reality it's your fault and you should be ashamed
Difficulties you say are hard to face
But what's the fun if it's the same each day?
You biggest strength is what you're made of
And it's hiding behind what you're most afraid of
So let go... and do what you feel
Because in the end it's these things that make you succeed.
