In the land and world of Midgand it was a lot more diffrent then Remnant not only humans lived in it but also supernatural like creatures called mulak and deamons completly diffrent from the demons of Hell 

In a large stone build palace,painted in white and gold and a compamy of deamons and mulak and led by a female deamon who seeks vengeance against Artorius the head of exorcists for the death of her brother named Laphicet Crowe and named one of the mulak after him and the leader of the company was named Velvet Crowe and her followers and allies are Laphicet,Rokurou Rangetsu a samurai type war deamon,Magilou Mayvin and Eizen a mulak who is also a captain leading a pirate crew
