27 | Crash Landing On You

Hera sat on the bed and stared at the wall blankly as tears fell down her cheeks. What was her life? All about crying? Why couldn't she be happy like every other love story's character? Was she that bad to deserve to be loved?

She loved Baekhyun, and all he had done till now was hurt her.

"Madam," A young lady bowed to her. "Dinner is ready. Please check our preparations yourself," she said.

Baekhyun's friends were having a reunion tonight and Hera was supposed to make it memorable as it was their last party before Xiumin's enlistment in the army.

She went out and checked the food, decorative lights and photos she had hung over the walls to make the event more special. She could only hope he would like it.

Or at least appreciate her effort.

"Hera," Tao came to her. "Woah... you did a great job," he said, amazed as his eyes scanned the hall gently. "It's freaking amazing."

She bowed dramatically and he laughed. "You guys were cute in university days," she grinned and he scratched the back of his head.

"You think so?" he asked, childishly as they strolled towards the picture section. It defined their youthful days and she believed they truly had a strong bond with each other. Those pictures screamed their love and respect they held for each other.

Tao and Baekhyun looked closer to each other and after Chanyeol, she believed her husband trusted Tao the most.
