It was the day of the supposed dinner party and jungkook was waiting for me outside my house leaning on his car.

I quickly waved goodbye to my parents and left the house. I didn't tell them anything because I didn't want them to worry, they think it's just another project day.

"Are you ready?" Jungkook said, not looking at me getting inside the car, making me roll my eyes lightly getting into the passenger seat after him.

"Yep, I think I'm all set!" I replied, putting on my seatbelt and looked to see jungook doing the same.

After fixing the view mirror, jungkook started the car and we drove off to where ever this party was.

"You know.. we can always turn back," He mumbled.

It seemed to me that jungkook really didn't want me to come to this dinner party but it was already too late to turn back because we just arrived at the destination, that was quick..

Jungkook got out quietly, clearly not happy about the situation. I followed after him, heading into the large fancy building.

Jungkook looked really tense, as if he would snap at any moment and it kinda scared me.

"Jungkook calm down-"

"Jungkook! You're here!"

Before I could say anything else, another voice interrupted me making and jungkook both look at the source of the voice, finding a young male walking towards us.

I looked up to see jungkook's reaction and he didn't look pleased to see the male at all, he seems more angry than anything.

I guess he woke up at the wrong side of the bed today..

"I didn't think you would show up! You always make an excuse to not come to such gatherings!" The male said, he looked well put together just like the others standing in the hall, but his voice was what really caught me off guard. His voice was deeper than I expected it to be since he his face didn't match it what so ever, it almost gave me goosebumps.

"Nice to see you too felix," Jungkook said, jaw clenched.

"Man you seem- oh who's this little cutie?" Felix seems to finally notice that I was standing beside jungkook but before he did anything else, jungkook quickly hid me behind him.

Felix seemed to be caught off guard.

"He must be someone special for you huh.." Felix said a smile slowly creeping on his lips, If his voice didn't send me goosebumps that smile sure did.

Protective? Why would jungkook need to be protective? Just who is this guy?

I could feel the tension rising in the hall, everything suddenly becoming silent.

"Well it was nice meeting you but we need to get going, the others are waiting for us." Jungkook finally spoke up, taking my hand and walking away not giving Felix a chance to respond.

As I was dragged away, I turned around to have one last look at Felix finding him looking right back at me suddenly giving me a wink, making me quickly turn away.

He's kinda creepy..

After that encounter, I was more prepared to meet the others, my defenses up.

"Jungkook dear good see you you could make it!"

"Isn't that jungkook? Why is he here?"

"Jungkook really came?"

I guess jungkook really didn't like gatherings.

"Kook over here sweetheart!" I recognized that voice.

Jungkook stopped, turning around making me bump into his back, I was like a lifeless doll.

"Jungkook be careful, are you alright dear?" I looked up to see Sunmi, she looked gorgeous almost leaving me speechless.

I nodded not wanting to look away from her. she's so pretty..

"He's fine Sunmi." I heard jungkook scoff.

"Well I'm really glad you came! Enjoy the rest of the night boys!" Sunmi said walking away to greet more guests.

"Sure we will.." I heard jungkook mumbling, he seemed really off and made me unsure about how much we'll actually enjoy the dinner too come later. Hopefully the food is good..
