"I mean of course you do Macey. After all I have that effect over everyone." He laughed.

"Ha, ha. Very funny. I'm being serious here, Leon." I sighed.

"I know you are. It's just hard to believe you forg-" I lifted my hand.

"Who said anything about forgiving you? You need to earn my forgiveness Leon." I laughed.

"Wait. You haven't forgiven me?" I shook my head.
"Nope."

"Oh, come on Mace!" I giggled.

"I'm joking. I kinda forgave you, just not fully right now." He sighed.

"Well it's better than not having your forgiveness at all." I smiled.

"No matter how mad you make me, I can't stay mad at you." I sighed.

"Mac-"

"Well. We're here! Go on Leon. You're home." I shooed him.

"But- My mom would really like to see you again!" He smiled.

"Well, maybe another time." Leon got off and came to the drivers window.

"Please?" I shook my head.

"It's late, I should head home." I giggled.
"Just for a bit? Please?" I looked at him.

"No. How about we make a deal?" Leon hummed.
"What kind?"

"Well, I'll come over for dinner on the day I won't have club." I stuck my hand out.
"Deal?" He smiled.

"Deal. Well, see you later Macey!" He walked up to his house.

I waved back at him. I backed up and headed home.

"Another day done..." I sighed.

"God, why does this have to be so hard?" I murmured.

"This world is nothing but hardships until we die, huh?" I mumbled.

"Whatever. I just wanna get home and sleep in my bed." I went silent.

I got home and parked across the street.

"I'm home!" I locked the door on my way in.

"Welcome back." My dad came from the kitchen.

"Why, thank you." I kissed his cheek.

"Goodnight." I placed the keys on the rack.

"G'night." I walked up to my room.

I changed quickly into my pjs and blacked out on my bed.
