Chapter 6

Kang Gook was on a horse, he was just beside the not so long procession that had to take his highness from the royal palace to the port in order to sail to Jeju. It was actually pretty weird, Kang Gook was used to hear the prince talking quite often, this time everything was silent, he could hear just the steps of the small group of guards that were walking with them and the muffled noises of the merchants who were getting ready for that day. 

"Do you think that he's sleeping?" Ji Tae asked

"What?" Kang Gook asked since he wasn't paying attention

"I said if you think that his highness the prince is sleeping..." 

"I don't know, it isn't easy to look at him since he's in the sedan chair. However, may I suggest you to come closer to him since you're so... ummm... you know what I mean sir" Kang Gook said. Ji tae came closer to the secretary and slapped him lightly so that the others couldn't notice

"Do you believe that I didn't think about it? There are just a few people who know about this... I can tell you how these preople are if you really want to know..."  Ji Tae said smiling

"And why would you tell me that if I may ask?" Kang Gook asked

"Kang Gook... my dear Kang Gook... sometimes I wonder if the prince choose you because you're such a loyal officer... or just because you are pretty hot... by the way, I didn't mean to change the topic, I would tell you the names of those people because you're the prince's personal secretary, do you remember what that means?" Ji Tae replied

"I think that I got it... I'm the prince's personal secretary... and his secrets... are mine... and nobody will find them out, am I right?" Kang Gook stated

"You are smart secretary... really smart..." 

"So, who are they?" 

"The people who know about this? All this? Well... the servants of the prince, the king himself... and the old secretary, who did his job pretty well since nobody discovered our little secret" Ji Tae responded

"I understand..." 

"But I want to ask you something else secretary... a fover actually..." 

"What is it sir? I will do my best" Kang Gook responded with a serious tone

"Well... you have to remind me that I shouldn't teach you my... ummm... games... I don't want you to steal my dear Tae Joo, you know... you're hot and all... and the prince already found out that you... prefer that kind of... person?" 

"I don't mean to be disrespectful sir... but do you think that I'm that easy? I don't go with whoever comes!" Kang Gook said trying to hide his disappointment. Ji Tae came closer to him and patted his back

"Kang Gook... you aren't as intelligent as I thought... because you probably didn't notice that his highness isn't whoever" 

"I... I didn't mean that..." Kang Gook said blushing

"So you meant that you like him?" 

"I didn't say anything like that!" Kang Gook replied shocked

"Oh come on Kang Gook... you can tell me whatever you want, I know what happens during the training for new officers... we all know about that... you don't have to be shy. So, how was your first time?" Ji Tae asked all of a sudden, without a proper warning, Kang Gook was so shocked that he even fell off his horse.

As he heard the noise of Kang Gook falling onto the ground, the prince opened the small window of his sedan chair and looked outside

"What are you waiting for? Help him!" Tae Joo said to a guard who was just standing beside him

"yes your highness!" the guard replied and immediately ran to Kang Gook and helped him to get back on the horse

"Are you aright secretary?" Tae Joo asked, at first he looked quite worried when he ordered that guard to help him but as soon as he noticed that Kang Gook was ok he just smiled cutely and as he posed that question it was more like he wanted to make fun of him

"I'm fine, thanks your highness but you don't have to worry about your humble servant" Kang Gook replied

"I don't worry about your health Kang Gook, I was worried that I would have to choose another secretary, finding you was hard enough" the prince replied laughing

Kang Gook didn't say anything, he just looked at Ji Tae who was chuckling, the nobleman went to the sedan chair and whispered something that nobody could hear

"What are you doing here Ji Tae? Go back to your place, and calm your thirst... we will soon get to the port, we will do whatever you want... but only as we get on the ship, clear?" Tae Joo said chuckling

"Well, I suppose that I have to respect your wish... your highness... but remember that I'm the chief under the blankets" Ji Tae said smirking

"Calm down Ji Tae... and be careful... we have an officer with us... " 

"Are you talking about the secretary? There are just two possibilities my dear... he might be a bottom who wants to act like a strong man..." Ji Tae said before getting interrupted by the prince

"or he might be a top... better than you!" Tae Joo said smiling
