empty vessels passing, full of light
still bleeding with no intention
to share, split their lives in two.
someone's daughter dreams
about you. spreadeagled,
drifting on water like a ship with no anchor.
i want to feel gravity hold us
i want to hear your voice echo
i want to leave a shadow.
love is blind, like walking into a rose bush
or being squeezed by a coil spring
keep going back, i'm all over you.
please be careful with my love,
i know that you will.
i want to feel your body on mine
i want to hear our lips press together
i want to leave this place
don't call me ever again.
