HARU
"you're sejin right?"
[ sejin looks up from her phone to see haru and two other girls standing in front of her ]
SEJIN
"yes i'm sejin"
[ the three girls gasp as nari starts screeching loudly.
sejin shifts uncomfortably in her seats as the three girls whisper amongst themselves ]
SEJIN
"um.."
HARU
"i'm haru"
[ haru extends her hand out and shakes sejin's hand. nari and seri introduce themselves as well, the three girls beaming brightly ]
SEJIN
"can i help you guys?"
HARU
"i noticed how we've been in the same class for the past year but we never really got to know each other"
SEJIN
"right, but i'm sure you know that i like keeping to myself"
SERI
"that's okay! we'll take baby steps to becoming friends"
[ bell rings ]
SEJIN
"thanks guys, really. you seem like nice girls but i think i'm okay on my own. i'll just see you guys around?"
[ sejin sweats nervously as she gathers her things ]
NARI
"that's okay! we'll come around again"
[ sejin nods in response and scurries back to her class. the three girls squeal excitedly as they walk back to the canteen to kill time ]
