SEJIN
[sighs before taking chenle's hands in hers]

"because i see love in him chenle. he just needs someone to push the love out of him,"

CHENLE
"areum hurt you sejin. beomgyu is always in the middle and is too weak to push her away! he doesn't protect you!"

[smiles slightly before facing chenle]

"because my best friend, you zhong chenle, protects me better than anyone,"

[pouts slightly as he gently grips onto sejin's hands]

SEJIN
[giggles before laying her head on his shoulder again]

"even beomgyu. you'll never lose me lele. we promised to be best friends until the end of time.

even if i lost beomgyu to areum, i'm still happy, because you're in my life,"

CHENLE
[sighs before biting his bottom lip]

"do you think we could be something other than best friends? in another life and universe, do you think we'd be something more?"

[playfully puts an arm around chenle, placing a small kiss on his cheek]

[giggles as he embraces sejin in his arms]

[smiles before throwing snow in his face]

[the pair's moment was suddenly interrupted when they were hit by multiple snowballs thrown at them.

[looks up at sejin with a smile before squealing & tackling her new friend in the snow]

[laughs as she throws a handful of snow at seri]

[giggles before turning serious again]

"about beomgyu, sejin.. he's really over areum you know?"

[looks down at the snow, a wave of melancholy washing over her again]

i understand that he's still healing right now but i'm just lost with where i stand in his life.
