[sejin waves seri off as she mindlessly plays with her food.

[furrows his brows as he glares at beomgyu]

[abruptly stands up from the table, avoiding the rest of the group's gazes as she excuses herself]

"i lost my appetite. thanks for cooking yeonjun,

[the moment sejin left, chenle immediately stands up from his seat and grabs ahold of beomgyu's collar. fury evident in his eyes as he harshly pushes the boy against the wall]

CHENLE
"what the actual fuck beomgyu?"

TAEHYUN

JISUNG
[tries to pry chenle off from beomgyu but was only pushed aside]

"chenle, let go of beomgyu!"

[beomgyu remains quiet as he looks back into chenle's bloodshot eyes, it was as if the boy wanted to murder beomgyu on the spot]

CHENLE
"do you have any idea what sejin has gone through? because of THAT girl? she's gone through shit FOR YOU!"

[at this moment, the room grew quiet. the rest of the group but jisung & chenle was confused as to why chenle was furious]

CHENLE
[clutching tightly onto beomgyu's collar as his fists started shaking]

"i gave up my chance with her for you!

i love sejin more than anything but i realised she's happier with you!

you fucking kissed areum last night. do you know how much it hurt me seeing her hurt?

since day 1, before she even met you beomgyu. she was already getting hurt by that BITCH because she loves you,"

[sighs sadly before tiredly glancing at chenle]

i swear i have no idea what happened between areum & sejin, but believe me, i'm falling for sejin more and more everyday,"

CHENLE
[shakes his head as tears start springing out of his eyes, chenle roughly let go of beomgyu's collar]

"it's funny how sejin gave up her chance to be with you because of areum.

the fact i'm doing the same for you just shows that i care about the both of you.

you and areum don't deserve her,"

[with that, chenle storms out of the cabin, leaving everyone in the room shocked]

SOOBIN
[approaches beomgyu before placing a hand on his shoulder]

"wanna talk about it?"

SERI
[looks guiltily at the floor]

"i'm so sorry beomgyu, she must have overheard me when i was asking our parents for permission,"

JISUNG
"do you really mean it?"

[the group's attention diverts towards jisung's low voice, everyone slightly intimidated by the cheerful boy's poker face]

BEOMGYU
"what do you mean?"

JISUNG
"that you no longer love areum, that you're falling more & more for sejin,"

BEOMGYU
"i mean it jisung,"

JISUNG
"then prove it,"

[jisung nods curtly at the rest before making his way out to find chenle]

YEONJUN
[pats beomgyu's back comfortingly]

"you heard him gyu, prove it. we believe you, but sejin doesn't.

don't fuck this up,"

HUENINGKAI
[smiles mischievously before glancing at his bestfriends]

"while you sort things out with sejin, we'll handle areum,"

BEOMGYU
[smiles in between his tears as he embraces his 5 best friends]

"thank you for not giving up on me.
thank you for still believing in me,"
