"Are you related to the patient" the nurse asked

"I'm sorry sir I double checked and it says that no visitors are allowed" she said while smacking gum in her mouth
" you look sexy in that uniform, what time you get off" I said looking at her up and down
"I thought you had a girlfriend? But I get off later tonight" she said as she rested her head in her hands
"Don't worry about all that. I'll come pick you up later" and I walked away
"Too easy" I thought

I was pacing back and forth in my room waiting for a call from the doctors to tell me maya was ok. But the more I paced the more my thoughts got worse and worse
After a while my phone went off but it wasn't the hospital
"Wassam"
"We got a drop later tonight meet me at the trap"
"Nah man I got something to do"
"I know you not putting that blac chyna wanna be over your money man" he signed
"Man quit calling my girl that. I'll tell you about it later but I'll find away"
"Bet" and he hung up

I woke up to bright lights I'm my face and confused
I hear the machines around me beeping and people talking around me
"Doctor she's awake"
"Hello ms. Carter do you know where you are?" I just shook my head yes
He continued you to ask me a few questions and talked to me but I didn't really listen I just was ready to leave
"Can someone call my brother"
