"What time is it" I ask.
Carl looks at phone. "Like 3:47am"
"Damn Kev and V would kill me if they knew I was here" I laugh, making Carl laugh too.
I climb on top of him.
"But they don't have to find out" I look down at him and smile mischievously.
"Yea?" He smirked and places his hands on my back. "We never got to finish what we started when Debbie interrupted us".
"Well I'm definitely not doing it under the L" I laugh and get off of him.
"Wouldn't that make it more exciting?" Carl laughs.
"Nooooo" I giggle.
Carl sits up and looks at me.
He grabs my hand. "Are you okay, y/n?"
"Yea? Why do you ask..?"
"Because...you've been through a lot lately, and you haven't really talked about it, so I was just making sure you were okay.."
"Gee look at Carl Gallagher caring about someone besides him self" I chuckle. "If you really wanna know, I'm good, I mean yea it has been a pretty shitty year so far, but you know, there's nothing I can do about it now, so there's no use in dwelling and wasting energy. Besides, there is one upside this year has had."
"What is it?" Carl asked.
"You..." I frown and look away from him.
