THIS HAS NOT BEEN REWRITTEN.
I honestly don't really know where this ship idea came from, but I wanted to do a Oneshot with Kaz, so I just asked my father for a country.

Did I mention that I love Rare-Pairs?

Inca Empire put his son on the ground. "Estaré aquí, ¿de acuerdo?" (I'll be here, Okay?) he reassured his son, sitting on a bench. The two Spanish countries were at the park, because Inca thought it would be a good idea to let his son play outside and get to know the other countries better. He opened his man bag that he was carrying on his shoulder and dipped his hand into it. Peru watched his father curiously, until he pulled out a book and started to read it. Inca sensed some unease in his child, so he tried to help. "Qanta munani," (I love you) he said, and Peru gave him a great smile and nodded, before turning back to the park.

It was normal for Peru to be nervous. His siblings; Bolivia, Chile, and Argentina were all at the house, because Inca Empire wanted his son to get a chance to make friends on his own. The Peruvian Country looked around and saw other children running around and having fun. He didn't want to interrupt them, so he continued looking around until he saw that he was looking for. There was a lone child playing in the sandbox. This child looked to be a little younger then Peru himself, and he had baby blue skin and golden eyes, but that wasn't what stood out to the Peruvian child.

It was the seemingly massive gold wings that were attached to him.

They looked almost godlike, and the fact that they were gold made Peru want to go and touch them. They also looked insanely soft to the child with a hat on. So he hobbled over to the sandbox and waited for the other country to notice him, which didn't take long at all. "¡Hola!" (Hi) Peru greeted, waving his hand at the other child. He had a newfound sense of confidence, and kind of liked it. This blue-skinned country looked up from where he was building a sandcastle and to Peru. He tilted his head in confusion, not understanding what he just said. "С-Сәлеметсіз бе!" (H-Hello there) the country with the golden wings said. This time it was Peru's turn to be confused. The two kind of awkwardly stood there for a moment, before Peru remembered a word in another language his father had told him.

"H-Hi?"

Well, it came out as more of a question, but the blue country in the sandbox seemed to understand that. He smiled, and said hi back. But there was only one problem, Peru only knew like five words in whatever language he just spoke in, and that wouldn't last long. But the child was determined to make a friend, even if he couldn't understand everything. "Me Peru!" He tried, fixing his hat. The country with golden wings could see that he was trying, so he introduced himself to. "I'm Kaz," he said, smiling. So they had managed to say a few words to each other. It was a start. Peru suddenly stuck his tongue out, as if he was trying to remember something. This Kaz found it kind of funny, and let out a small giggle. The Peruvian child then seemed to figure out what he was going to say, so he tried it out.

"Me Tuhk ¿Alas?" (Wings) he asked, going back to Spanish when he realized he didn't know the word for Wings. Kaz looked up at the older child, looked even more confused. So Peru tried hand gestures. He pointed to himself and said Me. Then, he pointed to the gigantic golden wings that were attached to Kaz's back, and said Alas. He then looked to the other child, and it seemed like he got the gist. "Wings?" He asked, and Peru nodded and gave him a toothy grin. "Wings!" He yelled, pointing at them. The two then giggled a bit, both really happy that they maybe made a new friend? Kazakhstan nodded his head, and as soon as he did he felt soft little hands going over his feathers. Peru was so gentle, which was awesome because his siblings would have gotten carried away and end up pulling the feathers out.

Suddenly, Kaz got an idea. It was really hard for both children to speak in another language apart from their own at such a young age, but it showed their determination. "Me touch your hat?" The blue and yellow country asked, pointing at Peru's Hand-Knit hat. Peru nodded his head excitedly handed it over to the winged country. Sure, the two needed hand gestures and only knew a few words, but they were completely content with that. Kaz put the hat on, and then flashed a pose. The two started giggling like they were in a candy store. Somehow, they two managed to agree to start building a sandcastle, making sound affects to replace the unknown words.

The two children were having fun. But sadly that fun had to come to an end when Inca Empire came to get his son. "¿Perú? es hora de ir," (Peru? It's time to go) He told his son. Kaz looked up and him and waved his hand in a friendly gesture and got a warm smile in return. The Peruvian country nodded his head in understanding, then turned back to his new friend. "Me Go. Bye!" He said, giving a surprised Kazakhstan a hug. The blue and yellow country hugged back, and when they broke apart, Peru ran to his father's hand. "Bye Kaz!" The child said, remembering his name. "Byeee Peru!" Kaz replied, while feeling all warm inside. This was just the beginning of an amazing friendship.

"¡papa! Hice un amigo hoy," (Dad! I made a friend today)
"Me alegro." (I'm glad)
