It's been 7 years since their last school year. Pansy and Hermione are happily married with two children. They have 5 year old twins and their names are Cleo and Rose Parkinson-Granger.
Draco and Harry are newly engaged and have A 2 year old and newborn twins. Their 2 year old's name is Scorpius Potter-Malfoy. Their newborn twins names are Lily and Cissa Potter-Malfoy.
Ron is very single and needs a girl. Seriously he's desperate.
Blaise and Neville are married. They don't have children yet but they do have a very fluffy dog named chubs.
Luna and Ginny ended up together and are now living somewhere in Paris.
Theo and Millicent ended up together for a while but broke it off after a few months. Both still stand single for the time being.
Lucy and Isaac are currently no where to be found. No one knows what happened to them after their final year.
Everyone lives happily ever after!

Draco and Harry spend their christmas every year at the Weasleys! Both wearing their personal weasley sweaters!
Draco and Harry work together. They run their own business. Their business is helping kids learn spells and charms (kinda like the DA). Their favorite thing to do is teach kids their patronus because of the smile on their face!
Pansy and Hermione are very much in love. Pansy works in the ministry as the daily prophet writer. [An: lol finally putting her gossip skills to use] Hermione is partners with Dobby in giving house elf's more rights!
Ron works with his brothers (Fred and George) in their joke shop. He attempt to find a girlfriend while working... his flirting isn't very good.
Blaise and Neville are doing good. Neville is Hogwarts Herbology professor. Blaise works as a model in Muggle London.
These friends i named remained friends after all these years. Practically every week they visit each other.
