I Don't Like Sharing ~ Chapter 51

R's POV

Her lips were soft, but firm.

I had wanted this kiss so badly.

But it didn't feel right.

The once lovingly warm lips turned cold and bitter.

I closed my eyes and tried to get deeper into the kiss.

But Charl pulled away and smirked to herself.

"What was that?" I asked rather confused.

"A pity kiss..." She looked at me with saddened eyes. "I like you a lot and I can't believe you've gone to this much trouble for me. But I just don't like you like that. I like Ross. You've brought me so much emptiness."

"I want you to be happy..." I whispered, a tear rolling down my cheek.

"If you let me go, then I will truly be happy..."

"Please Charlie, will you be my girlfriend?" I begged.

"Riker, it breaks my heart to see you like this. Unhappy and lonely... You don't need me to be complete, you just think you do. There are plenty of girls who would die, and I mean die, to be with you. But I just can't put myself through the heart break of seeing you with those other girls. I loved you once, but I can't make the same mistake again. So I'm sorry but no, I can't be your girlfriend."

"I understand..." I sadly sighed to myself.

Charl got up and hugged me.

"Thank you for understanding." She smiled, kissing me on the cheek. "And who knows, our paths may cross again someday. But for now, I need your brother."

Charlie walked over to the door and said "Goodbye Riker, thank you for the experience." Before opening and then shutting the door behind her.

I sunk to the floor and cried.

The only girl who had ever cared about me was gone.

I'm so alone...

Ross's POV

Charl walked into the living room, smiling confidently.

As she returned, my brothers, sister and Ratliff all let out a sigh of relief.

She had been an hour and I was thinking about the worst possible things that could have happened to her.

I stood up and automatically asked her "What happened? Who was it? I've been worried sick..."

"It was your brother." She replied.

"Well, which one?"

"Wasn't me!" Rocky shouted, getting in on the action.

"Not me!" Ryland joined in.

"Or me!" Ratliff giggled at his own stupidness.

"Riker?" I said through clenched teeth.

"Yes... But don't worry because it's all over now. He's let me go." Charl said relieved.

I study her face to see wether or not she's lying.

Charl seems serious.

"Woo! You go girl!" Ratliff and Rydel squeal.

I smile subtly to myself.

I'm proud of her.

I walk towards Charl and hug her tightly.

Our gaze met once again.

Her emerald green eyes shone brightly.

I bit my lip, as I remembered that she thought it was sexy.

"Oh Shor, just kiss me, I can't stand it anymore." Charl whispered.

I don't give in, so she leans forward and pecks me on the lips.

Charl is about to pull away when I kiss her with passion.

Our lips are smothered in each others.

"Well, atleast I don't have to share you anymore..." I said huskily. "I don't like sharing..."

"GET A ROOM!" Ryland screamed, which only caused me to kiss Charl more.

I've missed this strange but wonderful relationship.

Oh Charl, I'm in love with you.

Hey guys!
Long time, no update.
I know this chapter is so bad but I just couldn't resist writing it.
It's almost 1am at the moment so don't judge if it's bad!
Just to clarify, R is Riker and most of you guessed that.
I was going to make it like rocky or Ryland but I thought that might throw you off a little...

Please tell me what you thought of this chapter and what you would like to see in the next chapter!
