GRYFFINDOR COMMON ROOM

Hermione: So, how was it with Draco in the Room of Requirements?

Harry: It went well. He's surprisingly likeable. I can't believed what kind of a friendship I missed out on.

Hermione (smiling): Well, I'm glad you had a good time.

Harry: I wouldn't have without you, Hermione. You convinced me to give him a chance, thanks. You're a great friend, Hermione, you really are.

Hermione (blushing slightly): You are too, Harry.

Hermione turns around as Ron enters with Lavender.

Hermione: I'm- I'm tired, Harry, I think I'll go to bed.

Harry: Are you OK? You sound kind of...

Hermione: I'm fine.

Harry turns around to where Hermione was looking.

Harry: It's Ron, with- Lavender.

Hermione: I should get going.

Harry: Hermione, you can tell me if-

Hermione: I said I'm fine, Harry.

Harry studies Hermione, trying to understand what's bothering her.

Harry: Are you jealous of Ron and-

Hermione glances back at Harry before turning away.

Hermione: Goodnight.

Hermione disappears up the girls dorm, leaving Harry worried.

SLYTHERIN COMMON ROOM

Draco: The more I read this song, the more stupid it sounds.

Pansy: It's looks fine.

Draco: I talked to Harry earlier today. I got to know him, Pansy. Can we- Can we restart?

Pansy: I- Well- (sighing) Fine... Incendio!

Draco: Let's start fresh.

Blaise (overhearing): Since you're restarting, could I be any help?

Pansy: Ugh... alright.

Draco woke up bright and early the next morning. Wanting to spend more time with Harry, he got out of his four poster and got to writing.

Dear Harry,

Hi. I was hoping you'd like to spend more time together. You're not so bad, Potter. 4pm, Room of Requirements. Be there or be square.
